Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very close to Freedom Square and within walking distance of many popular places in the city.

What made our stay even more special was our host, Joni. He was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. He patiently answered all our questions and was always ready to help with anything we needed.

We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

A second home in Tblisi
Pros:

This hotel was perfect as a solo traveller, all the amenities and facilities were more than adequate and the owner, Mr. Joni, was very attentive in matters that required to be addressed quickly.
Special highlight was when he had helped me for an urgent matter to get somewhere when no taxis were found and when he was kind enough to make my birthday really special with good friends and company. Can't recommend this place enough to fellow solo travellers like me, it is a place you will want to stay if you would like to feel as comfortable as you are at home.

Dávajte si na toto ubytovanie pozor!!! Je to podvod! Najskôr majiteľ zavolal kedy prídeme, že nás čakajú a za 5 min nám napísal, že majú technickú chybu a že už tam niekoho majú a že aby sme zrušili rezerváciu. Tá však bola bez možnosti zrušenia, keby sme tak spravili podľa rezervačných podmienok by si v kľude vyúčtovali storno poplatok a nič by sme nespravili. Keď som rezerváciu odmietol zrušiť a povedal mu, že ak to nespraví on keďže je chyba na ich strane, budem to ďalej riešiť tak najskôr vykrikoval na mňa do telefónu, že kľudne môžem ísť aj na políciu aj tak mi to nepomôže a bol arogantný. Nakoniec rezerváciu zrušil z dôvodu nedostavenia sa. My sme však neprišli nie preto, že sme nechceli ale preto, že nám napísal a zavolal, že nemá pre nás voľné ubytovanie.

Very nice owner!
Pros:

I stayed here 6 nights in total. Great location, very walkable. Very nice owner - he even stored my suitcase for 2 nights while I was in Kazbegi in the middle of my stay, and he arranged for a taxi driver friend to bring me to the airport. Comfortable room, good air conditioning which was a must in the hot Tbilisi summer. Pay in cash on arrival.

Pros:

Balcony with view of the tower, self check in was easy.

Cons:

Took me 5 mins to find the front door, I was looking for hotel sign but there isn’t, just go into apartment block 22 and top floor to get access.
