Very nice owner!
Pros:

I stayed here 6 nights in total. Great location, very walkable. Very nice owner - he even stored my suitcase for 2 nights while I was in Kazbegi in the middle of my stay, and he arranged for a taxi driver friend to bring me to the airport. Comfortable room, good air conditioning which was a must in the hot Tbilisi summer. Pay in cash on arrival.

Pros:

Balcony with view of the tower, self check in was easy.

Cons:

Took me 5 mins to find the front door, I was looking for hotel sign but there isn’t, just go into apartment block 22 and top floor to get access.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds, convenient check in and check out, location.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work even though the description said it was there. Very small bathroom, for example, the sink is so small that it is almost impossible to wash your face.
UPDATE: After I left my review, the host called me and demanded that I change the rating to an 8.
