Pros:

Хороший просторный номер с телевизором и кондиционером. В номере был маленький балкончик. Через дорогу находится продуктовый магазин 24/7. Хозяин встретил и показал где что находится на кухне и предложил чай/кофе, что было приятно.

Cons:

Отель находится рядом с центральной дорогой, поэтому было шумно, если спать с открытыми окнами

Pros:

Отель выбрали из за расположения в первую очередь: метров 100 до центрального рынка, столько же до отличного ресторанчика Хинкали хаус (советую: вкусно и очень бюджетно), метров 600 до радоновых бань и в окружении сталинских санаториев, которые сами по себе крутая достопримечательность. А плюс к расположению получили аккуратные номера, гостеприимного хозяина, террасу с кухней, на которой завтракали каждый день.

Cons:

Сантехнику в с.у., пожалуй, пора бы и поменять, но, похоже, белый налет на ней от местной воды, так что строго придираться не буду. В остальром номер был аккуратным, а постель удобной

Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Tskaltubo, in an ideal location. The room was clean and cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner personally greeted us and made sure we were comfortably settled in. I was extremely satisfied with the service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Clean and handy hotel
Pros:

A very clean and beautiful hotel, with a kind and attentive owner, Vepkho. There is a wonderful terrace on the top floor and a convenient kitchen for guests. The price is affordable. We recommend it to everyone.

Great Location, But Some Improvements Needed
Pros:

The location was great, and the room was quite spacious. They let us check out late without charging any extra fee. On the second floor, there is a nice terrace and a kitchen with all the equipment you might need, but unfortunately, it wasn’t clean at all.

Cons:

The beds were really uncomfortable; you could feel all the springs. We didn’t have duvets, but luckily we found some covers in the wardrobe. However, they had a slight smell, so they didn’t feel very clean. The bathroom was very small.
