Modern hotel with stunning view
Pros:

Cosy room in modern hotel with stunning view from balcony. Stylish decor. Good value for money.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner but the receptionist recommended a nearby one which was excellent. Parking was easy but the roads near the hotel are a bit rough.

Pros:

The view! Honestly we just stayed here for the view. Room was very big and comfortable.

Cons:

It was so hot!! Almost unbearable. We turned the heaters off and it was still very very warm. The temperature outside was 7 degrees!

Our stay was Very disappointing

Cons:

The room was basic, uncomfortable and dirty. The top sheet had blood stains, the pillowcase was dirty, and there was no bottom sheet, so my wife had to sleep directly on the mattress.

The next morning, I left a written request at reception asking for clean sheets and a fresh pillowcase. When we returned at 5 p.m., the room was exactly as we had left it. To make matters worse, a key had been left in the door, meaning anyone could have entered our room.

Breakfast was also poorly managed. We arrived at 9 a.m., but the breakfast room was locked and, as usual, there was no receptionist available. Around ten guests were left waiting and trying to contact the hotel. I texted and called, but the room was not opened until 9:30. The staff member seemed unhappy to be there and was not welcoming.

Overall, the cleanliness, service and basic organisation were disappointing. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its standards

Stunning Mountain View and clean, modern hotel
Pros:

Very lovely new hotel with spacious and clean room. Absolutely stunning views.

Cons:

Because the location has excellent views, that means walking up a steep hill to get there from the main town area. But it is worth it, just something to keep in mind if you are less able.

Cons:

Rude owner and not helpful. Breakfast is pathetic, hardly any option for vegetarians and not good taste for non vegetarians. No effort to make guests comfortable or welcomed. Highly overpriced compared to hotel quality and services. Similar view and comfort hotels are available at very low prices

Dobré bydlení, krásný výhled, mohu doporučit
Pros:

Všechno bylo v pořádku, umístění je skvělé, výhled z okna na Gergeti a Kazbeg. Snídaně docela pestrá, až na chleba. Pokoj čistý, pohodlný.

Cons:

Bylo by dobré dávat k snídani i čerstvý chléb, Gruzínci mají skvělý. Ale byla jen "gumová veka". Nechávali jsme si i vyprat, prádlo dopadlo dobře, akorát nebylo v tom igelitovým pytli na první pohled poznat, zda skutečně prošlo pračkou - bylo tam naházené jak špinavé, skládáním se nikdo nezdržoval. Obzvlášť košile to nesla dost nelibě.

Mitten in der Nacht Rauswurf und kein Support oder Rückmeldung von Booking ergibt eine mieserable Erfahrung

Cons:

Kein 24/7 Check in, Eigentümer haben draußen bei Ankunft getrunken und gefeiert und sich nicht zuständig für einen gefühlt. Rauswurf aus dem Hotel um 3 Uhr Nachts. Alkoholisierte Eigentümerin, die nicht mit sich reden ließ.

Comfortable hotel with beautiful views on mt Kazbek and a nice little balcony to enjoy that view. Individual heaters so possible to easily warm the room on cold evenings. Very helpful and friendly receptionist.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit lacking in variety. Laundry service available but laundry was returned half wet in plastic bag so we had to hang it out to dry ourselves.
