It would be nice to have a drying rack for the room. There is one for the floor, but it was always used by someone else.

The owner is very kind and helped me when I had a problem. The fire was so weak that it was hard to make pasta. Also the handle of pots were broken. Wifi is enough fast for work, zoom. The location is good. The shower, laundry machine, dryer are new and very useful. The toilet had no problem. I'm sure that the owner is trustworthy.

I like that they provide me every thing a traveler needed really clean and noise less place have all facilities what a traveler needed also have muslim shower in toilet which really amazing

The location is great. You are close to Vera and Vake districts full of attractions.
This is not a hotel actually, just a flat divided to several rooms. There is no proper window (you feel like in jail). The boiler creates excessive noise. Toilet is not flushing properly. Key to use elevator is not provided (it's located on 4th floor). Price wasn't reasonable at all.
