A wonderful stay in a lovely family atmosphere with all the comforts you need
Pros:

It’s a very cozy and pleasant hotel located in a family house. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. Everything was just great!

Место шикарное, комната простая все есть, но без телевизора. Так как были в конце сезона завтраков не было, приходилось

Cons:

Для меня матрас жестковат, мусор не убирали из комнаты хотя была повешена табличка с просьбой об уборке.

Pros:

Нам достался прекрасный номер с двумя балконами. Красивый вид на море. Номер чистый, все необходимое было в нем, начиная от туалетных принадлежностей, заканчивая тапочками. Все на высшем уровне, как и положено в хороших отелях. Внизу была столовая для гостей. Уютный ухоженный дворик, где вечером можно посидеть и отдохнуть. Наверху большая терраса с видом на море. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за добродушный приём.

Pros:

Красивая территория у отеля. Вид с балкона был на море, до моря идти буквально 10 минут. Отель стоит на небольшом склоне, надо идти вверх.
Владелец отеля очень доброжелательный человек, угостил нас домашним вином, которое он сам делал.
Большая ванная комната, в комнате были чайник, бокалы, вода.
В коридоре в общем доступе стоит аптечка.
Сам отель находится возле пляжа Махинджаури, вода там чистая, берег галечный, можно легко доехать с отеля до Кобулети или Уреки.

Хороший номер и вид, классный душ. Хозяин супер молодец, всегда поможет, помог отбуксировать машину, огромное человеческое спасибо!

Pros:

The hotel: The hotel itself is not bad.
· Rooms and cleaning: The rooms themselves are clean, and they do housekeeping upon request; no complaints there.
· The owners: The owners are okay; they called an ambulance. The owner gave us a ride to the pharmacy. If he hadn't been on site, I don't know how we would have managed.
· Supermarkets: Near the hotel, about 15 minutes to the left or right along the road, there are supermarkets with average prices.
· Help: We found some kind young man who was fixing a car, and he helped us call a taxi to the airport.

Cons:

First-Aid Kit: The hotel does not have a proper first-aid kit. You must bring your own heart medication. Nitroglycerin, at the very least, is essential.
· Location: The location is very inconvenient.
· Road: The road is noisy and it is VERY CLOSE; it's impossible to sleep at night, and for some reason, no one mentions this in their reviews.
· Peace and quiet: You definitely will not be able to relax in a quiet place; the noise is constant.
· Accessibility without a car: If you don't have your own car or can't rent one, you'd better not check in here either. The climb is steep, and even though it's about a 10-minute walk from the road to the hotel, an elderly person would get tired. It's also not worth walking here if you have health problems.
· The path to the sea: When you walk down from the hotel towards the road leading to the sea, you pass by a construction site (concrete mixers and other construction machinery are constantly parked right in the middle of the road), which is unsafe. Then you have to cross a road; it's very scary walking along these roads because they are incredibly narrow, and not a single car will yield to you. After that, you have to cross railway tracks with regular train and commuter traffic.
· Breakfasts: We do not recommend buying breakfast. For 25 Lari per person, you get sandwiches, vegetables, cheese, ham, instant coffee, or tea—all of which you can buy at a store for much cheaper. It's too expensive for such a breakfast. Plus, there are no national dishes. There are also no cafes anywhere nearby. It's worth 6 Lari at most.
· Language barrier: Only the owner understands Russian well enough to communicate. The others barely understand it. In an emergency, if the owner is not around, it's unclear how to get by.
· Transfer: Don't order the transfer because it costs 50-75 Lari, while a taxi is less than 20 Lari.

Pros:

Прекрасный мини-отель с замечательным расположением и отличным видом на море! Уборка номера и смена полотенец была частой и без допоплнительного напоминания. Хозяин Нукзар - замечательный человек и очень помог когда была нужна мед помощь!!! В номере все в хорошем рабочем состоянии, есть фен, что немаловажно:) ухоженный дворик и удобная локация отсительно Батуми и Ботанического сада. До пляжа 10 минут пешком, пляж в районе Зеленого мыса чистый и ухоженный
