Pros:

Удобное расположение, дали чайник и кружку

Cons:

Это не отель, а ночлежка. Звукоизоляции просто нет, это как жить в туристической палатке рядом с подъездной дверью. Под окном находится курилка жителей подъезда и стоянка машин (на фото вид из окна), каморка с картонными стенами, которую назвали номером отеля примыкает к лестнице многоквартирного дома, слышны скрипы входных дверей всего подъезда, шаги поднимающихся людей слышны так, что кажется они проходят мимо тебя и долбят дверью. Все, что происходит у стойки ресепшн, на которой совмещают охрану соседнего магазина и стоянки, слышно до мелочей: все ночные разговору по телефону охранника, бормотание его телевизора, шаги по каморке. Относительная тишина с 1 ночи до 6 утра, пока все спят. Санузел (на фото) совмещает душ и унитаз, если набрался храбрости помыться, лужи по всему полу будут оставшиеся два дня и ходить к унитазу и раковине вы будете по воде, но долго мыться не получится, теплой воды хватит минут на 5.

Pros:

Hotel sahibi çok kibardı yağmurda bana şemsiyesini verdi, ilk başta yalnız gezen biri olarak biraz tedirgindim ama yaklaşımları çok düzgün ve saygılıydı teşekkür ederim. Otel fiyat performans oteli eğer sadece yatmadan yatmaya odaya gideceksiniz gayet yeterli, sadece sokak gece yürümek için biraz daha ıssız diğer yerlere göre

Pros:

Staff is good, great location, perfect for short term. Near to the minivan transport station that going to Tbilisi. Supermarket and old town is near.

Bad smell from bathroom.

It's small modest and clean place
Pros:

In general it's ok, nice clean simple room. Not very big. Air conditioner works good, wifi ok. And there is a dark curtains that's very useful! Simple bathroom. Location it's ok as well. Receptionist was very friendly, when I asked to put down the TV voice he did it without any problem.

Cons:

1).In my stay was ok, but I stayed just one night. But there are every rooms are close to each other and reception as well, so, if in case there could be stay a big company or loud people everybody will hear everything. It's just question of luck to have good neighbours.
2). The price (on my opinion) was just a little high. Or maybe because was July..

Güvenilir işyeri sahibi
Pros:

Temiz olması ve klima olması ayrıca işyeri sahibinin konaklamadigimiz günde bavulumuzu gün boyunca hotelde kalmasını kabul edip yardımcı olması çok güzeldi. Aile olarak çift olarak kesinlikle kalınır. Sigara sevmeyen bizler için odada sigara içilmemesi için uyarması da iyiydi. Konumu ve fiyat performans olarak kalınabilecek en iyi yer.

Cons:

Odalar birbirine çok yakın olması olabilir ama ses gürültü vb rahatsız edici durum yoktu. ihtimal dahilinde olsa bile hotel sahibi diğer kalanlara saygısından rahatsız edenleri uyarır.
