Pros:

Bardzo, blisko do centrum 200 metrów. W pobliżu restauracje i kawiarnie. Pokój duży, woda ciepła. Wszystko ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center, with everything within walking distance.

The hotel itself is a bit older, but that’s part of its charm – it feels authentic and full of character. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

A special thank you to the owner, Saba, who is incredibly kind and attentive. He truly cares about every guest and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Communication in English was easy and smooth.

Cons:

The only small downside we noticed was related to the bathroom drainage. The water was draining a bit slowly, which sometimes caused some splashing in the bathroom area. However, it was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect our overall positive experience.

Great place to stay overnight near the center of Kutaisi
Pros:

We stayed for just one night. The room was clean and cozy. The beds seemed a bit small to us (which might be important for taller people). Otherwise, everything was wonderful! The hotel has a very cozy and charming courtyard. The host was very pleasant! He stayed in touch even before our arrival and helped with any questions.

We were left with very pleasant impressions.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location it’s only a 5 minute walk from the central square. It’s very close to the Green Bazaar and all essential facilities.
And the wine corner… I absolutely love it. It’s a very charming place, and the wine is perfect 🍷highly recommended.

Bardzo przyjazny właściciel, świetne położenie, fajna miejscówka na krótki wypad
Pros:

Nie zamawialiśmy śniadania, ale widziałam, jak było podawane innym gościom. Wyglądało imponująco i pyszne. Właściciel poczęstował mnie chaczapuri. Wcześniej dostaliśmy w prezencie butelkę bardzo przyjemnego białego wina. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, trochę jak hostel. W pokojach czajnik. Dla mnie OK chociaż dla bardziej wymagających klientów (np. kochających SPA i All inclusive) nie poleciłabym. Dla mnie było super. wygodne łóżka. Świetne położenie, blisko centrum, bardzo przyjemny personel (przemiły właściciel i pani sprzątająca), czysto. Dostęp do kuchni (wszystkie naczynia, kuchenka na dwa palniki, lodówka) i piwniczki. Zaoferowano nam transport z i na lotnisko. Polecono nam świetnego przewodnika, który zorganizował nam przecudną wycieczkę. Wszystko świetne.

Cons:

Pokoje małe, czyste, brakowało mi półek i/lub szafy. Wszystko trzymane w walizce. To w sumie jedyny minus.

Serdecznie polecamy. Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko jak i do sklepów tak i do restauracji. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny.

Ο Σάμπα ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος και ευγενέστατος. Μπορούσες να παρκάρεις ακριβώς έξω από το κατάλυμα και το κέντρο ήταν πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Ήταν λίγο μικρά τα δωμάτια.
