The staff was trying to be helpful as much as they could, but I got the impression that the hotel management was not pro

The location was good.
The staff was helpful in every way they could.

Cons:

There was only hot water in the bathroom faucets; there was no cold water.

Breakfast wasn't an open buffet. When I went down to the dining room for breakfast, the staff brought plates of breakfast food from the kitchen.

There was a spare bed folded in two places on the stairs. This could pose a risk in any fire or emergency evacuation because the stairs were not so wide.
There was no other emergency evacuation staircase available.

Pros:

Гостиница в центре старого города, рядом с площадью Пияца. Комнаты большие. Есть балкон.

Cons:

Постоянно была проблема с горячей водой. Завтраки были просто ужасные , все заветреное и не свежее. Такое ощущение что салаты делали не утром а несколько дней назад. Я ни в одной гостинице не видела такие ужасные завтраки.

Konumu güzeldi. Duşu çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı idare ederdi.

Cons:

Odanın sıcaklığı düşüktü. Klimayla ilgili sorun var. Kışın gelecekler bu konuda dikkatli olabilir. Ayrıca temizliğe de çok özen gösterilmedi gördüğümüz kadarıyla.

Heerlijk hotel met goed ontbijt
Pros:

Mooi, opgeruimde, ruime kamer met fijne douche, minibar en balkon! Ruim ontbijt met ruime tijden, middenin het centrum van Batumi.
Fijne medewerkers die meedenken, bagage kon makkelijk worden gestald

Wij hadden vanwege tijdsverschil met Georgië ons verslapen en weinig tijd bij het ontbijt,

Регулярная уборка, отзывчивый персонал, месторасположение. Также в номер принесли комплимент от отеля

Cons:

Перебои с горячей водой. На завтрак не хватает овощей и каши. Полы холодные, но пока не дали отопление, так что судить о температуре в номере нельзя
