Good for a sleepover, nothing special, friendly owner
Pros:

The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the train station, I went there for a sleepover. Beds are comfortably, the rooms and hotel itself looks like a remnant of the 1970s. Breakfast is quite basic and served in a very small room, there is no coffee but tea, but it served my purpose and therefore is OK. The lady (probably the owner) doesn't speak that much english but with Google's aid I could negotiate breakfast for 8AM.

Cons:

Bathroom heating didnt't work and the rest of the room's heating was quite low performance. It was okay but nothing special

Pros:

В отеле разместились после прилета в 3 часа ночи в Кутаиси. Нас встретили на входе . Заселили быстро. Но комната была очень прокурена, а в туалете было очень холодно, т.к. форточка была открыта. В комнате было чисто, постель удобная, номер просторный. Есть туалетные принадлежности, тапочки, халаты. Имелся чайник, хотя никакой посуды, даже стаканов, не было. Для чего чайник был, не понятно. Завтраком накормили .

Cons:

Прокуренная комната, плохо работал смеситель в душе, отсутствие необходимой посуды.

Molt correcte i acollidor
Pros:

Un lloc fàcil on poder fer nit un cop aterres a Kutaisi. És molt fàcil aparcar i el lloc s'identifica bé i té recepció 24h. L'habitació era gran i estava ben equipada.
L'esmorzar era senzill però bo.
Ens van atendre molt amablement tot i saber poc anglès.
L'habitació tenia nevera i aire condicionat

Cons:

El lloc de l'esmorzar podria ser més curós.
El llit no era especialment còmode.

Exceptional
Pros:

I arrived in at Kutaisi airport in the middle of the night. Although my flight was delayed and immigration took me a bit the driver of the hotel which I booked in advance was patiently waiting for me.

We reached the hotel in about 10 minutes, everything was perfectly clean and I could rest a few hours before my connecting flight in the next morning :-).
