Die Laken auf dem Bett waren schmutzig , Das Frühstück wird erst sehr spät – nach 08:15 Uhr – serviert, und die Qualität der Zutaten ist sehr schlecht.

1. У нас была свадьба и осталось 3 букета, подходим к мужчине на ресепшен и вежливо спросили, где можно взять какое-нибудь ведерко или вазу. Нам ответили с ухмылкой: «я ведро с собой не ношу». Это ответ персонала? Потом говорю: а у кого могу спросить? Он отвечает: может у девушек техничек
2. Наши родственники пришли спросить, где можно оставить вещи в стирку. Он ответил: «не знаю, я вещи не стираю»
Зачем нужен этот человек на ресепшен не понятно.
3. В комнате много сырости

Great place to stay in Batumi
Pros:

Good communication with staff, safe private parking. Very close to all attractions and the sea. Bed comfortable and good shower. As we were leaving early, before breakfast service, we were made sandwiches to go.

Cons:

Help from staff greatly appreciated when reversing out of the car park

Gute Ausgangslage für die Erkundung von Batumi
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel Tsereteli palace, welches uns auch nur auf Google maps angezeigt wurde. Glücklicherweise waren wir richtig. Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider gab es zu unserem Zimmer in der 2. Etage kein Fahrstuhl. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber alles im Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück wurde im Palace als Büfett serviert. Es gab mehrere warme und kalte Speisen, Kaffee aus dem Automaten, was selten ist in Georgien. Wir buchten mit Parkplatz, was unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Der Tiefgaragenplatz wurde unkompliziert zugewiesen. Es ist auch möglich, dass man nochmal umparken muss, aber alles entspannt. In der fußläufigen Umgebung findet man alles, was man gesehen haben muss.

Cons:

Die vor den Hotel befindliche Straße ist stark befahren und die Geräusche sind nicht zu überhören. Der innerstädtische Straßenverkehr ist chaotisch. Hier brauch man Geduld und starke Nerven.
Die Wände des Treppenaufganges bräuchten mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich.
