A Room with a Virw
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room in good location close to town and hiking. Gorgeous view of Mt. Kazbeg from our room. Bed was comfortable, shower had decent pressure, good wifi, easy check-in/check-out, excellent breakfast.

Good experience when heating is on. Breakfast was delicious and everything we asked for was received

Мы очень рады, что по стечению обстоятельств мы в последний момент забронировали именно эту гостиницу!
Просто невероятный вид на Казбег, просторный светлый номер, вкусный и очень сытный завтрак, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Неудобная душевая: в один уровень с общим полом - надо быть аккуратным чтобы не затопить всю ванную; держатель для лейки расположен так, что им невозможно пользоваться.

Sous-classement et mentalité lamentable

Cons:

Personne à notre arrivée. Un autre guest a dû venir nous ouvrir car la porte était fermée (j’avais pourtant communiqué l’heure d’arrivée).
La chambre n’était pas la bonne. La patronne a refusé de nous donner la chambre réservée (sous-classement). J’ai demandé pour payer le prix que j’aurais dû payer pour une chambre inférieure et pas le montant de base. Elle n’a pas voulu. Apres discussions, elle a contacté Booking qui lui a confirmé que j’avais droit à la chambre que j’avais réservée. Elle pensait que me mettre une chambre avec balcon (il pleuvait) et me faire une réduction pour un prochain séjour (blague?) suffirait comme compensation.
Reconnaitre son erreur sans discuter aurait été la moindre des choses. Utilisant Booking très régulièrement et depuis très longtemps, je n’ai jamais vu ça. Triste mentalité!!!
