The hospitality was great, the facilities were reasonable.
Pros:

The hostess was very kind; although she only spoke Georgian, we managed to speak with her (Google Translate helps).
Breakfast and dinner were abundant.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, the beds were reasonable. The parking place was bumpy and primitive.
The picture at booking.com suggested a luxurious hotel, but it was more like a guest house. Also the comments about the view were exaggerated.
