Absolutely nothing. I felt duped!
The Hotel is NOT secure; the gate can be opened from the outside by anyone, and there is no security.
I had to take my luggages to my room. The staff on duty only helped me with one piece and asked me to go get the other luggage because they don't have security staff for that.
Before booking the hotel, I asked the hotel about the distance to a center I was visiting, and they said it was 25 minutes without traffic, but it turned out to be over 1 hr even without traffic. I tried to check out and move to another hotel closer to the hotel after a night's stay, but they were not receptive to my request.
While we were sleeping one night, a hotel staff member used the spare key card to open our door and walk up on my daughter and me. It was so scary that we couldn't sleep all night. She claimed it was because the room was not registered in the system for the night (when I had paid in full and had my receipt with me). I was so distraught that I had to send a formal complaint to their boss.
The breakfast was bad, not tasty at all, and the same thing every morning.
The hotel did not provide water in my room. I returned one night and requested water. The staff directed me to a nearby store to buy it, even though they knew I was a foreigner. None of them offered to go buy it for me, but left me to walk in the dusty road to get water for my daughter and me.
There are so many other awful things that happened during my 3-night stay!
