Nice pool, nice restaurant but expensive.
Room was very small. A little more maintenance needed, all equipment was used and old.
I arrived in Ghana after a long flight and was collected by the hotel as a complimentary service.
The staff were very friendly all thought out my trip and made me feel like family as I was a solo traver.
The rooms were very clean and the facilities which made me more comfortable staying.
The restaurant was open until 10pm and served a mixture of cultural dishes and western meals depending on your palate. This was also complimented by cocktails and refreshing drinks.
The restaurant also had a celebration in December which all were welcomes to with music and live band, which made my trip special.
The destination of the hotel was good to get to attraction and also reasonable getting into main Accra by taxi.
I honestly shed a tear leaving the hotel as everyone of the team was so lovely.
I will be going back again with my family and would most definitely recommend.
I would say the breakfast portions could of been bigger but it was very delicious.
The hotel was quiet, neat, clean and spotless. The check in was quick and smooth and I was offered assistance to ferry my heavy luggage to my room on the third floor by the staff.
The breakfast was very basic and served the same kind every morning and hence lack choices. It was a basic English breakfast, which was not my cup of tea. The lack of lift to carry heavy luggage through multiple floors was a big minus. Disappointed that I would have to pay extra for room cleaning services. It was not an offer that I took for a three night stay.
The staff I like Esther
It’s too far and the facilities aren’t very many eg gym
It’s clean, good staff
Internet challenges especially in the last two days
Had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire place was spotless. Would definitely come back.
Everything was amazing
There is some building work going so sometimes a little loud noises but was still very good stay
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely looked after— so attentive, kind, and genuinely caring.
Their hospitality really stood out and added such a personal touch to my stay. The rooms were incredibly cozy, with thoughtful details that made it feel like a home away from home. And the lounge
-absolutely stunning. So elegant and beautifully styled, it was the perfect place to relax. The photos online truly don't do this place justice-it's even more beautiful in person. I also noticed they're building an extension, and if the current standard is anything to go by, it's going to be 5-star quality. I'm already looking forward to coming back and booking once it's ready!
This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, it's calm, beautiful, and incredibly well taken care of. The staff were warm and attentive, and every part of the stay felt relaxing and luxurious.
Don't be put off by the road leading to it
—it's untarred and the entrance is a bit understated, but once you're in, it's like stepping into paradise. Definitely worth!
Would highly recommend and can't wait to return.
The staff, the bed, and the breakfast at most.
The location
Firstly, I liked the fact that the staff was very helpful and friendly. I particularly loved the quaint and quiet atmosphere. The lounge was cultural and comfortable and there is a nice pool table in the reception/lobby area that guests have access to. We throughly enjoyed playing the game.
Secondly, the rooms were clean and the water for taking showers was wonderfully hot.
I definitely recommend travelers to stay here. When I return to Adenta, I will certainly go back to The Cabyn .
I didn't like the road in front of the property. It's a dirt road with small piles of trash on it. It has an alley feel to it, so when our Uber driver was trying to find the place, he almost passed it by because the road did not give the impression that a respectable guesthouse was situated on the side of it. However, once we left the road and entered the grounds, the sense of quality and value welcomed us.
Also, the pool/jacuzzi was not working due to maintenance work being done on it. That was a bit disappointing, but all the good things The Cabyn offered made up for this.
We liked the hospitality of the staff especially Stephen who was very helpful in arranging the shuttle service to the airport for us. The other staff were also flexible to our needs and helpful in portering, making useful suggestions and arranging uber service for us. The look and style of the hotel rooms were similar to those in the UK.
A relatively small hotel but currently undergoing expansion.
