Mooie accommodatie met supervriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Mooie, propere kamer met badkamer.
Op wandelafstand van het strand, het dorpscentrum en enkele restaurantjes.
Mooie binnentuin met schattige puppies en kittens en fijne hangmatten.
Heerlijk ontbijt.
Supervriendelijk personeel, dat steeds beschikbaar is en je met een glimlach verder helpt. De gastvrijheid van het personeel is oprecht.

Cons:

Niets, ik had het echt naar mijn zin.

Un lloc per repetir!
Pros:

la ubicacio es bona perque esta una mica retirada del centre i aixo proporciona tranquilitat, pero no esta a primera linia del mar. El personal molt amable i disponible. Cuina bona i abundant.

Cons:

No disposa d'aigua calenta a la dutxa.

Wunderschöner Garten & Dachterasse
Pros:

Der Host war wohl einer der freundlichsten Menschen, die ich je in einem Hotel getroffen habe - nicht künstlich-professionell, sondern einfach ehrlich daran interessiert, einen guten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen!

Basic but does the job and very friendly / helpful staff!
Pros:

Staff were super friendly. Shout out to Sarah at the desk who made my stay enjoyable with her conversation and travel advice.

Cons:

Nothing really, it did the job! Also a taxi from airport should cost 50 GHS max as of April 2025. I was charged 200 so beware! Uber is best.

Friendly and calm place to relax
Pros:

A very nice and relaxing place: clean and spacious rooms, a beautiful and tranquil garden with hammocks and a rooftop terrace.
But the best part ist the stuff: Very friendly, helpful and caring, I really felt at home. Oh and the food is amazing, too ☺️

Perfectly fine Busua hostel for the beach!
Pros:

The laughing goat is a clean and comfortable hostel/hotel in the middle of Busua just a few minutes from the beach. The rooms are spacious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Busua is a must visit in Ghana and due to the villages rather small size the hostel is perfectly fine, even though not directly on the beach. They offer surfing classes.

Cons:

Not directly by the beach but literally 3 min walk. The entrance was tricky to find at first.

Amazing staff
Pros:

Thank you Nancy, Joanna and Abu for taking such good care of us. You were honestly the reason we liked staying at Laughing Goat so much.

We really liked the fact that it is located in such a quiet area. We were also very lucky to be the only ones staying in the hotel at the moment. That made our stay super peaceful. The food is great and all vegetarian. Make sure to order on time though because it can take a while. But that counts for Ghana in general.

Cons:

We felt like the hotel could use a bit of maintenance here and there. The rooms next to the restaurant are really nice but the bigger building needs some attention.

Really nice hostel but bed bugs
Pros:

Really nice host, best food in town. The hotel area is perfect to relax with hammocks and roof top.

Cons:

Unfortunately I had bed bugs. In the first room I could see them in the bed so I request a new room, after three days I had a lot of bedbug bites… the owner was really sorry for that and helpful.

Nice place to relax
Pros:

Very quiet hostel, the room was big enough for one person and cozy. The rooftop area was amazing to relax and have a look at the sunset. The staff was very friendly.

Superb
Pros:

Very nice hostel, quiet, away from the sometimes noisy beach side, but still at a short walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and vegan. One small downside, there is no WiFi.
