Not The Best Booking.com and Firefly let me down this time . With each blaming each other.

The Location

Cons:

I kept getting messaged from Booking.com saying that Firefly had messaged them saying that my psyment hadn't gone through when they had been paid in Full. I got no satisfaction when I contacted each of them because they each blamed the other. No Parking had to get up every morning at 7:20 am to pay for Parking. Air Conditioner didn't work. No Staff on site.

La ubicación y la habitación

Cons:

1. Que me reclamaba el pago de la habitación sin hackear enviado el link del mismo. He tenido que llamar por teléfono para poder aclararlo.
2. Una noche en el hotel había una pareja en otra habitación discutiendo y dando golpes. He tenido que llamar al teléfono de contacto del hotel y es verdad que después de llamar no se escucharon más ruidos.

I would stay there again if ever in Bray. I just would rather have a staff onsite to help guests if needed.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing due to the strong unpleasant smell, noise and average cleanliness.

The location was convenient, and I appreciated the easy self-check-in process.

Cons:

Unfortunately, compared with my previous stay, I was quite disappointed this time. The cleanliness was only average, and there was a very strong unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the sewage system. I opened the window fully, but the smell became even stronger and it was very difficult to stay in the room. There was also constant noise from the water and drainage system, which was disturbing, especially at night. As there is no staff on site, there was no one available to report these issues to during my stay.
