Basic hotel in Zone 1
Pros:

Hotel opposite Cristobal Colon bus station (for international buses). Plenty of eateries around, 2 large supermarkets nearby, waking distance of banks. 1 block from metro station. Felt safe enough walking round the area. No English spoken, but helpful staff. Clean. Gated main entrance, with bell (reception 24 hours), key to own room. Good wifi/internet/network. Can be noisy. Notices up to ask to separate recyclable rubbish. Payment by cash or card (no extra fees).
Small bedroom, hard (comfortable) double bed. Bedside unit. Wall mounted fan (but didn't get too hot). Table and stools. Plenty of hooks. Flat screen TV with streaming (eg Netflix). A few powerpoints. Good lighting.
Small bathroom with shower. Good lighting.

Cons:

Pillows too hard. No bin. No Bedside lamp. No drinking water (other than on sale). Electrics to shower very old, generates virtually no hot water. No shower mat, so bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. Not enough towel hooks (but shower curtain rail can be used).

Pros:

El lugar es bastante céntrico.

Cons:

El ingreso al parqueo es algo complicado porque debes negrear al fondo del hotel y el espacio es reducido.
Hay un predio de buses cerca por tal razón se escucha mucho ruido y no se puede descansar bien.
La atención por parte de los empleados no es muy buena.
La limpieza del lugar lo es muy buena, hay muchas cucarachas en la habitación.

Pretty good room with an ensuite.

Cons:

There was a lot of yelling and laughing echoing through the hotel late into the night. I'm not sure if it was guests or staff. The latter weren't particularly helpful.

Pros:

Great location, clean rooms with all essentials. I stayed in this hotel two times - two nights separated, and was placed in two different rooms, both rooms were good. Guys at the front desk were super helpful with my requests - huge thanks to them!
