The property is gated in a residential area. The room was more spacious than the one reserved. We arrived early and received an upgrade! Totally unexpected. Gracias! We had a private balcony and sitting area right next to the room and quick access to the rooftop. The traditional breakfast and coffee were very good, and a super comfy bed, attentive and kind employees I could go on!
The lovely spa tub leaked the times we used it; 2x out of a five nights stay. There also were no hooks to hang up the towels and wash cloths, nor was there a soap bar rest in the shower and the liquid was empty. No biggie just a little detail. Also the courtyard pool was very cold so we only used it once.
Muy tranquilo, limpio, él personal es muy amable y servicio. Tiene un habitación de juego grtis que estuvo muy lindo ( snooker, ping pong, y juegos familiares ).
Es lejos del centro y siempre tuvimos que tomar Uber. La piscina es el frente de la entrada principal y no la disfrutamos por no tener privicidad. El habitación no tenis cafetera o vasos.

Decent location
Room had ants and mold in tub, I had to be switched to a smaller room and ended up checking out early because it wasn’t what I paid for. Staff agreed to give refund and are ignoring me now. Facilities are also EXTREMELY dated, “spa” looks worse than a hole in the wall Asian spa in NYC. You can get something much nicer for the same price or less. I recommend going up the road to casa margarita, lovely place!

El personal muy amable, la ubicacion recomendable, la ambientacion del lugar muy bonita, la seguridad excelente
La tina del baño tenia fuga e inunundo parte del baño ya no se pudo usar, el servicio de agua caliente es deficiente, el piso de la ducha esta mal diseñado el agua no se va con facilidad y peligra una caida
La comodidad de la cama, el tamaño de habitación, la disponibilidad de piscina y jacuzzi
El tamaño reducido en la zona de la ducha, ña dependencia de electricidad para funcionamiento de funciones básicas como el sistema de agua sin otras alternativas o plan de contingencia
