Breakfast was ok.
It was not that easy to get into town and shuttles wouldn’t go there to pick you up.

The property was great, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Its a great place to stay if you dont expect to be in your room often. Lack of a/c was a tad annoying but it got pretty cold in the mornings so it made it for it.
The pool was misleading. Having the pool in the middle of reception isnt exactly inviting. Its a little awkward.

Very cute and rustic. Staff were fabulous.
The WiFi wasn’t working when I arrived. The staff went out of their way to help and helped hot spot but it was a shame as I had just finished the Acatenango hike and just wanted to chill and watch Netflix which didn’t work. I had to leave the following day rather than stay for the extra night.
Everything about the ambient and style of the Hotel. After the 2 day vulcano hike it was the perfect place for relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, staff was so kind. And the massage I booked was just wow! It is a very quiet place and it felt like there were only a few other guests. The facilities of the place gave me a Bali vibe and there is a nice place on top of the roof where you can sit and watch the sundown near the volcano. Plus: Hot shower and nice guatemalian breakfast.
