Wonderfully nice staff
We booked a room that was not shown in the pictures. Based on the pictures, we expected a reasonably nice room. We got put in a broom closet-sized accommodation. We were offered to upgrade our room, which we took, but it was an extra hundred or so CAD for us. This seems like a hussle where people see a cheaper price for a luxury room which lures them in, book a room based on the ad’s wonderfully nice presentation, and then get hussled into paying more to remediate the situation. We also booked because we saw there was a sauna and a jacuzzi. But for each person it is 100 quetzales an hour to use. That comes out to 40 CAD extra just to use the jacuzzi for an hour for a couple, and another 40 to use the sauna. This is not mentioned until you get there.

La piscina, con agua fría, parece más una fuente. Está justo en el centro del lobby, frente a la puerta principal, así que no hay ni un poco de privacidad y recibes las corrientes de viento desde afuera.
El baño es amplio, pero la regadera es muy pequeña. Las opciones del desayuno son limitadas.

The facilities are beautiful, the staff is extremely attentive, and everything is spotlessly clean. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of.
This place is absolutely worth it and truly improved my trip significantly. After a very bad experience elsewhere, staying here made a huge difference and completely changed how I experienced my journey.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

La atención del personal
El check in era a las 3:00 pm y nos hicieron esperar por qué aún no estaba la habitación y llegamos a las 4:30 pm, la ducha le hacía falta limpieza, el colchón ya estaba muy hundido.
El desayuno estaba rico, sencillo, pero rico.
Me gusto lo espacioso del cuarto.
Que no tenia donde colgas cerchas (llevaba traje).
La casa muy bonita y la ubicación muy buena
No servía el Jacuzzi, no dejaron mucho papel higiénico, la televisión pequeña y sin cable, piscina fría.
