La ubicación y que existe una tienda para hacer compras.

1. No respetan el precio de booking, pues en el me apareció el precio de Q212 y en el hotel me cobraron Q250.
2) instalaciones muy malas, el sanitario carece de puerta, sólo hay una cortina. Sanitario manchado y la regadera de la ducha no sirve
3) Puerta de ingreso de la habitación no es muy segura.
4) Es independiente, pero hay una discoteque a la vecindad y la música es con mucho volumen y termina después de 2:00 horas am.

Cheap, friendly, great location!
Pros:

This is where I stay when I need a budget hotel for a night between flights. No complaints! Just keep in mind it's not anything fancy.

Cons:

There's a room next to the laundromat; if you're a light sleeper, make sure you don't get that room.

I wanted to go out at 00:00 at night, both doors to the outside were locked. I knocked on the door of the room where I thought the reception was staying but no one answered. I called the hotel's whatsapp number by phone and sent a message but no one answered. If you get sick or if there is a fire in the hotel, you can die in the hotel. I explained the situation to the receptionist after I left the hotel and his explanation was that there would be no fire in this hotel. I would especially like to mention the 3 cockroaches I killed in the room and the ants everywhere. As a precaution, I left my t-shirts in front of the door so that insects or other pests would not come. I would say think a few more times when making a reservation.

Pros:

Good price for the area. The location is good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There is a disco right next to the hotel. Usually I don't care that much but this was crazy. The walls were shaking because the music was so loud. Was not possible to sleep until they closed at 1 am.
