Little gem in a beautiful location
Pros:

Great hosts, amazing views, nice breakfast, great beach access. Provided beach towels for no extra charge when asked. 😍

Cons:

Only thing it would have been nice to have is coffee / tea making facilities in the room......or even a fee paying hot drinks vending machine on site. Everything else was perfect.

La colazione nella norma. La posizione eccellente per il soggiorno al mare e comoda a centro città con una bella passeggiata di 40 minuti

La camera aveva una vista incredibile sul mare. Dalla struttura si può scendere direttamente sul lungomare pieno di locali e ristoranti. La colazione era buona e lo staff gentile.

The room was very close to the new promonade.
Room was good and clean.

Cons:

There was a smell coming in , not sure what it was.
Also felt room brightness was bit less. Breakfast was very basic and not that great produce as well

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes kleines hotel am hang mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Der weitläufige Strand ist direkt über eine kurze Treppe erreichbar.
Personal ist super nett, alles hübsch und sauber.
Leider ist Split mit hafen und Promenade etwas weiter entfernt. Dafür gibt es hier eine schöne parkpromenade mit Beachrestaurants.
