Vrlo dobar hotel koji nudi izvrstan omjer cijene i kvalitete. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći, što je naš boravak učinilo još ugodnijim. Nažalost, tijekom razdoblja u kojem smo boravili more je bilo vrlo prljavo. Posljednjeg dana situacija je bila toliko loša da se nismo mogli ni kupati. To nije odgovornost hotela, ali je svakako utjecalo na naš ukupni dojam odmora.

Cons:

Ono što nam se nije svidjelo jest stanje mora tijekom našeg boravka. More je većinu vremena bilo prilično prljavo, a posljednjeg dana bilo je toliko onečišćeno da se nismo mogli kupati

Sociopathic Receptionist Olga
Pros:

Food, atmosphere, booze, staff members (except Olga at the reception desk).

Cons:

Olga at the reception desk was the only staff member with whom we were extremely dissatisfied with during our 3rd stay at the hotel. With the attitude of a Nazi officer, she was being quite rude and kept interrupting while I was trying to explain that our AC unit is malfunctioning with our 7-year old type-1 diabetes daughter in the room, and that the situation is somewhat urgent. Olga, an individual with misplaced anger, went even further by suggesting that we should simply open the balcony doors during night (with 27,6 degrees Celsius in the room, with all the bugs potentially flying in), and that everything should be fine. She knows a lot about diabetes, apparently via her cousin or something. Olga is a self-taught doctor, without a degree, of course. Go figure.
I wouldn't hire her to guard the overpriced parking lot, let alone interact with people. Something is terribly wrong with this... human.

Čistoća hotela, ljubaznost osoblja , sadržaj hotela.

Cons:

Potrebno je osoblje u igraonici i na PlayStation-u. Za dodatni sadržaji kao sto su npr. ples na bazenu ili karaoke i sl. treba biti dodatna oglasna ploča kako bi gosti znali vrijeme održavanja. Malo vise raznovrsnosti na švedskim stolovima.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dokonalá dovolenka od začiatku až do konca!
V tomto hoteli sme strávili nádhernú dovolenku a všetko bolo jednoducho perfektné. Už pri príchode nás privítala veľmi milá a usmievavá recepčná s blond vlasmi, ktorá sa postarala o bezproblémové ubytovanie. Rovnako príjemná a ochotná bola aj pri našom odchode. Žiaľ, nepamätáme si jej meno, ale patrí jej veľká vďaka za profesionálny a ľudský prístup.
Počas celého pobytu sme boli nadšení zo služieb hotela. Jedlo bolo vynikajúce, pestré a vždy čerstvé. Program all inclusive splnil všetky naše očakávania a ponúkal široký výber jedál a nápojov počas celého dňa.
Veľké poďakovanie patrí aj celému personálu – všetci boli usmievaví, ochotní a vždy pripravení pomôcť. Pláž bola krásna, čistá a výborne udržiavaná. Ubytovanie bolo komfortné, čisté a pravidelne upratované.
Celková atmosféra hotela bola úžasná a cítili sme sa tu veľmi príjemne. Bola to jedna z našich najkrajších dovoleniek a určite sa sem budeme radi vracať. Tento hotel môžeme odporučiť každému, kto hľadá oddych, kvalitné služby a príjemný personál.
❤️ Ďakujeme za nezabudnuteľnú dovolenku a už teraz sa tešíme na našu ďalšiu návštevu! Určite sa vrátime! ❤️

Krásné místo
Pros:

Krásné místo, velmi čisté a udržované. Usměvavý personál, skvělé jídlo.
Úklid probíhal denně, výměna ručníků, doplnění věcí v koupelně a WC.
Snídaně začínala v 7 hodin a tou dobou jsme na ni chodili a to bylo v jídelně minimum lidí.
Na oběd už to bylo horší, občas jsme čekali až se uvolní místo.
Večeře také v pořádku bez čekání hned od 19 hodin.
Dětský koutek a herna.
Dětské hřiště u brouzdaliště jsme hodně využívali.
Dolní bazén také skvělý.

Cons:

Drahé parkování za 15 euro na den.
Minimum animací pro děti, kvůli kterým jsme se na pobyt s malým dítětem těšili.
Horní bazén je hned u terasy, kde každý kouří u stolu a není to příjemné, protože to tam hodně smrdí. Měli by se udělat místa zvlášť pro kuřáky.
Na pokoji chyběli sušáky na prádlo.

Oni svojim pristupom pokriju poneki nedostatak, odlični su!
