Schöne Anlage mit einigen Punkten, die verbessert werden können
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, allerdings für drei Personen ein bisschen zu klein. Das Personal war sehr flott ,aufmerksam und freundlich.Das Essen war eingetlich sehr gut. Das sich die Gerichte wiederholen, kennen wir ja schon-das ist ja überall so. Der Fitnessraum war in Ordnung. Die Pools haben wir nicht benutzt,daher können wir diese auch nicht bewerten. Insegasamt waren wir mit Essen und Service zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, allerdings gab es keine Möglichkeit unsere Sachen zu verstauen. Das Sofa war sehr unbequem und hart,und auch die Betten waren leider durchgelegen. Im Restaurant herrschte eine enorme Lautstärke, sodass man sich kaum unterhalten konnte. Auf der Terrasse war es für Nichtraucher leider nicht möglich zu sitzen, da überall geraucht wurde.Vielelicht wäre es möglich ,einen separaten Bereich für Nichtraucher einzurichten. Am Strand liegen die Gäste sehr eng beinander. Es waren ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschrime vorhanden, allerdings musste man zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr am Strand sein,um einen Platz zu bekommen. Am Infinity Pool war der Boden ständig rutchig, onwohl das Personal ständig gewischt hat. Leider haben sich mehrere Gäste sehr rücksichtslos verhalten. Beim Essen wurden teilweise volle Teller einfach stehen gelassen. Kinder griffen mit dem Händen in die Müslidosen, volle Gläser blieben unbenutzt. Am Strand und im Restaurant wurde sehr laut telefoniert Das Verhalten mancher Gäste war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.Vielleicht sollte das Hotel stärker reagieren und klare Regeln durchsetzen. Insgesamt gibt es viele positive Aspekte, aber bei einigen Punkten besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Pros:

Hrana je preukusna, raznovrsna, predobro spremljena. Sve je na dohvat ruke, apartman, parking, plaza, restoran, bazen, bar. More je precisto. Veliki plus za nasmijano osoblje koje je vrijedno, brzo, cisto. Predobro mjesto za nekog ko zeli odmor, mir i tisinu s obzirom sa u blizini nema nikakvih radnji, marketa niti setalista.

Cons:

Udobnost kreveta nije bas najbolja.

Cons:

Restauracja oraz części wspólne nie są przystosowane do przyjęcia tak dużej ilości gości. W kolejce po jedzenie czekało się 15-20 min, ciężko było również znaleźć wolny stolik. Byłem z żoną w 7 miesiącu ciąży i 3 letnim dzieckiem - dostaliśmy pokój na 4 piętrze bloku bez windy. Po zgłoszeniu tego faktu personel stwierdził że niczego nie można zrobić. Nie miał takiego obowiązku ale umówmy się .. wypada zareagować. Przy naszym budynku nie działało światło w wyniku czego spadłem ze schodów raniąc sobie rękę i podkręcając kostkę - po zgłoszeniu w recepcji, personel wzruszył ramionami i przekazał, że trzeba uważać i poświęcić sobie latarką. Zdarzenie miało miejsce pierwszego dnia, przez kolejne siedem dni dalej nie działało. Check-in to był totalny chaos ..

Cons:

Personel niczym nie zainteresowany. Przez dwa dni brak parasoli p/słonecznych-zamknięte na klucz i zero informacji z jakiego powodu są niedostępne. Leżaki powiązane sznurem przed burzą ale nikt z personelu nie pofatygował się żeby je rozwiązać po burzy. Ludzie sami rozwiązywali sznury i starali sie zdobyć leżak. Myślę że bardzo słabo jak na taki obiekt.
