Szuper hely!
Pros:

Igazából minden nagyon tetszett. A szoba, a tisztaság, felszereltség, popcorn gép, jászószoba, a közösségi terek, partnerség az állatkerttel.

Cons:

Inkább csak kellemetlenségnek mondanám, és nem a hotel hibája, hogy a szobánk a játszószoba szintjén volt, ezért sokáig hallottuk a játszó gyerekeket, mikor nálunk már altatás volt a picik miatt. Volt, hogy az őrizetlenül hagyott nagyobb gyerekek kijöttek és a folyosón motoroztak. Talán ha a játszószoba ajtaját becsukhatnánk, akkor megoldódna ez a probléma. :)

Nagyon kellemes napot töltöttünk az állatkertben és a szálloda lehetővé tette a teljes kikapcsolódás
Pros:

Szép épület, gyönyörű belső terekkel, díszítéssel. A szobák kialakítása is ötletes és ízléses. A reggeli választék pompás.

Cons:

Kicsit meglepett, hogy este 7-kor már nem volt recepció, az éjjeli őr létta el a recepciósi teendőket, aki nem fért hozzá az adminisztrációs rendszerhez, ami miatt másnap reggelig a személyi igazolványainkat és a lakcímkártyánkat ott kellett hagynunk.
A pompás reggeli kínálat mellett a félpanzió vacsora választéka szegényes volt. Tejfehérje allergiával és cöliákiával meglehetősen kompromisszumos volt a vacsora összeállítása. (A diétás szükségleteinket előre jeleztük.)
Mindemellett érdemes lenne a szállodának - főleg a kínált gazdag reggeli választékkal - fenntartani egy kenyérpirítót, amit kizárólag gluténmentes termékekhez használnának a keresztszennyeződést minimalizálva.

Tökéletes hely kikapcsolódásra, jó időben még visszamegyünk.
Pros:

Közvetlen az állatkertben van a hotel. Kedvesek az alkalmazottak, finomak az ételek.

Cons:

A wc fényesnek éjjeli lekapcsolására nem jöttünk rá. De ez nem vesz el a hely értékéből, nyilván ha extrán zavaró lett volna, akkor megkérdezzük.

This is a perfect hotel for families, our girls loved it, the design of the hotel is great, the food was delicious. It was cleaner than a hospital, really, the room was large, warm and comfortable. Trully a great stay!

Pros:

Finom és bőséges volt a reggeli valamint a vacsora is. Tiszta és jól felszerelt szobák. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt csendes és nyugodt környezet. Kedves személyzet. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
