Pros:

A szoba felszereltsége

Cons:

Vacsoránál az asztaról az ételmaradékot, rizs, szőlő, stb. a pincér lesöpörte a szőnyegre, és mindenki azon lépkedett.
A wellness részen a cézár saláta kifogásolható volt.

Pros:

Chodime sem 2x ročne, už niekoľko rokov. Sme veľmi spokojní. Neobmedzený wellnes, výborná strava, milý personál.

Great place, lovely spa, great staff! Pity about some of the guests
Pros:

The spa is really nice and the staff were super helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike. However I was deeply shocked that one of the guests racially harassed a staff member. The hotel needs to defend their staff and somehow make it clear such behaviour is not allowed.

Bola som maximalne spokojna ! Pesonal užasny , stava vybona !

Cons:

Nie je nič co by sa mi vylozene nepačilo ,len balkony na poslednom poschodi nie su prekrite a to v pripade dažda a zleho počasia trochu ruši !!! Ale to je maličkost, inak všetko ostatne max, spokojnost !!!!

Az érték arányban ezek a hibák nem férnek bele egy szallodaban.
Pros:

Az etterem szemelyzete merhetetlenul kedves, figyelmes, segítokesz ez a recepcion levo szemelyzetre is ugyanugy igaz.
Pozitiv csalodas volt :)

Cons:

Tisztaság: foltos fal, penészes furdokabin, vizkoves csempe, koszos, foltos fuggony.
