A hotel gyönyörű, nagyon szép a berendezés, a dolgozok kedvesek es figyelmesek voltak. A wellness nem nagy de pont megfelelő volt, van szauna is, minden igényt kielégít. A bár szuper volt. Az ételek finomak voltak.

Cons:

A szobában nem volt legkondi, vagy mi nem jöttünk ra, hogy működik. Az etkezeseknel 4 csillaghoz kepest nem volt tul nagy valasztek, valamint meglepo volt, hogy a vacsoraban felpanzional az italok nem szerepeltek.

Nagyon szép a Hotel. Gyönyörű a kilátás a személyzet nagyon kedves.
Tisztaság mindenhol. A kislányomnak megfelelő méretű köntöst készítettek be ami máshol nem tapasztaltam .

Igényes, tiszta hotel, jó elhelyezkedés, a vár és a belváros csak pár percre.
Pros:

Szálloda gyönyörű, tiszta, kedves személyzet, közel a belvároshoz.

Cons:

A vacsora, és reggeli. Nem a minőséggel volt gond, hanem a választékkal. Országosan jellemző, hogy a 4 csillagos hotelek kínálata,szerintünk, inkább 3 csillagos. Vacsoránál például már nem volt sült zöldség vagy gyümölcs 7.30 körül. Pedig még bőven jöttek vendégek. Ugyan kaptam gyümölcssalátát, zöldséget meg nem kértem. De mégis úgy gondolom, h minden vendégnek jár pont ugyanaz a kínálat. Ráadásul úgy, hogy mi nem állunk már az ajtóban nyitáskor, s nem gyűjtögetjük az ételeket az asztalon.
Nem tudom számíthat-e valamit, ha a dress-code ki lenne írva, jelezve. Egy ilyen szép szállodában egy minimális tisztelet elvárható a vendégektől is. :)

Minunat, mulțumim pentru amabila găzduire!
Pros:

Un hotel elegant, rafinat, în care ne-am simțit răsfățați. Curățenia, confortul, personalul atent, secțiunea SPA, grădina minunată, totul a fost la superlativ. Elizabeth Hotel este cel mai bun din Gyula, cu siguranță!

Cons:

Am găsit cafea excelentă la barul hotelului, însă ne-ar fi plăcut un mic espressor în cameră. E o sugestie.
