The food was exceptional, taste and presentation was amazing. Hotel was comfortable and staff were helpful.

Eigentlich gut, aber das Personal könnte verbessert werden.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Mir wurde versichert, per Mail, dass es laktosefreie Speisen und Milch für Kaffee gibt. Kaffee musste ich extra bezahlen. Speisen gab es leider gar nichts! Der Kellner beim Abendessen vermittelte uns sehr deutlich, dass wir uns beeilen sollen, hat schon während wir gegessen haben, das Buffetlicht abgedreht. Die Bar, die bis 22:00 Uhr offen haben sollte, wurde schon gegen 20:30 Uhr geschlossen, es wurde einfach die Lichter abgedreht, als wir noch dort saßen und etwas zu trinken bestellten. Der Kellner ist auch gegen 21:00 Uhr gefahren. Die Zimmerdamen haben uns leider nicht gesaugt.
Die Therme ist leider sehr schmutzig, ein Taschentuch und ein Pflaster sind alle 3 Tage am selben Fleck liegen geblieben.

Pros:

Családi találkozás helyszínének választottuk a szállodát. Minden tekintetben megfelelt az elképzelésünknek.
A hegykői termálfürdő létesítményeit nem használtuk, a szálloda saját fürdőrészlegét igen - az nagyon jó volt (csak mi voltunk).

Cons:

nincs ilyen észrevételünk, így nem tudok két-három mondatot írni erről ..............................................................................

Cons:

Absolutně neférový VIP program, který ačkoliv v hotelu utratíte nemalé peníze, preferuje jen rezervace vytvořené přes hotelový VIP web. Registraci jsem zrušil a do hotelu již jezdit nebudeme.

Nagyszerű élmény minden téren!
Pros:

A komplex kikapcsolódási lehetőség a parkban séta, termálfürdő, Spa használat és a településen belül illetve a környező látnivalók gyalogos, kerékpáros és autós megtekintésének lehetősége és egyben egy gasztronómiai utazás a különleges ételek jóvoltából.
