Gepflegtes und komfortables Hotel. Für uns optimal für einen erholsamen Kurzaufenthalt. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Direkter Thermenzugang und Willkommensgetränk im Café in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Pleasant stay at the hotel - everything as advertised. The public Spa was quite a contrast- very old

The waiters were nice and friendly but not as attentive as they should. They took away the cutlery after the first course and forgot to bring a new one - they didn't see us for quite a while.

The hotel was nice and fairly new. Overall, we liked everything about it. Our room was clean and well-equipped, and we were greeted with a welcome drink. The staff was very friendly. The wellness area was comfortable and clean. However, as mentioned in other comments, the outdoor pool is part of a public spa, not just for hotel guests.

Cons:

Our first room, 118, was the closest to the lobby and corridors. It's a nice, well-equipped room, but unfortunately, it seemed as if the building structure delivered all the noise directly there, as if someone were constantly moving furniture and stomping around in a non-soundproof house above our heads. We couldn't sleep and asked for a room farther from the lobby. The staff was very understanding and gave us a second room. Luckily, it was quiet, and we had a great rest afterwards.

Navštívit hotel stojí za to, už kvůli skvělému jídlu 👍
Pros:

S manželem jsme v hotelu již byli několikrát, je tady výborný personál a skvělá kuchyně. Oceňujeme také možnost wellness a termálních lázní i cukrárny.

Cons:

Je škoda, že termální lázně nejsou větší, u vnitřního bazénu nebývají volná lehátka .
