Room easy to access although instructions could have been clearer.
Room was dirty and not cleaned after previous customers upon first entering the room, but not at the fault of the cleaner, who was fantastic, quick and very friendly.
Communication with reception/owners was poor, but the cleaning issue was rectified relatively quickly.
Great location near lots of public transport, super markets and famous sights.

Excellent Stay

1 did not receive the instructions on how to enter the main door or how to access key box. 7 phone calls and 30+ WhatsApp messages later andcalmost an hour and finally received. It was very stressful. 2 Entered to find only 1 of 2 beds had sheets. Took a day and another 30+ WhatsApp messages to get bed sheet. 3 aircon broken amd despite 4 days of WhatsApp messages, no-one came to fix. 4 Promised refund of first night for inconvenience, after 7 days of WhatsApp messages and admission so many customers had been promised refunds they were begind with honouring these promises, I spent 2 hoyrs on conversations with hotels.com who got the refund. This is NOT a hotel. This is a diabolically run set of private rooms.

Ao chegarmos ainda não haviam enviado o código de acesso aos quartos, além disso não houve qualquer tipo de atendimento no WhatsApp pra falar do assunto, foi necessário entrar em contato com o hotels.com para resolver. O Wi-Fi não funcionou durante a estadia. Bem localizado, mas não recomendo.

Comfortable and functional room, could do with a periodic deep clean but everything worked well. Located close to great places to eat and with great transport links. It's by a main road so you can hear the traffic at night, but the property itself was nice and quiet. Aldi and a fee-free ATM next door, and the check-in and check-out experience was easy and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was clean and quite and the staff were very attentive to my needs and regularly checked in with me on whatsapp to make sure I get settled in. I would recommend this place.

Great communication and walkable distance around. Stairs to get upstairs are present if anyone has accessibility issues but easy check in and process.

La chambre est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle
Elle est propre et bien agencée (il manquait une bonde pour le lavabo et apparemment impossible à trouver ...).
Les deux étages à monter sont très hauts donc assez fatigant à faire plusieurs fois par jour.
Au niveau environnement tout est OK pour les commerces la restauration et les transports.
Les seuls bémols:
- Des sirènes de police hurlant plusieurs fois par heure y compris la nuit
- De très nombreux clochards partout autour de l'immeuble
Donc appréciation bonne dans l'ensemble car l'environnement est hors de contrôle d'ElitHotel

The room is very spacious and functional
It is clean and well laid out (a plug was missing for the sink and apparently impossible to find ...).
The two floors to climb are very high so quite tiring to do several times a day.
In terms of the environment everything is OK for shops, restaurants and transport.
The only downsides:
- Police sirens howling several times an hour including at night
- Very many homeless people everywhere around the building
So good assessment overall because the environment is out of ElitHotel's control

Very clean, well maintained, safe. Super comfortable bed and very nice shower. Ample furniture in room. Host was superbly attentive, courteous, forthcoming with lots of helpful information. Easy check in and check out.

No es un. Hotel al uso ya que nunca tiene servicio de atención de recepción . Tuvimos un problema con el aire y la TV y nunca lo solucionaron .. nos dijeron al finalizar la estancia que nos abonaría una pequeña cantidad y nunca lo hicieron ..no nos gusta que nos engañen hay que ser transparentes al anunciarse y no engañar a los clientes diciendo que son hotel sin sus servicios y atenciones

Everything was perfect, the host was very helpful. Our experience was quite well. If I'll be visiting Budapest, I'll again choose the same property.

This property was indeed a great place to stay, the rooms were a good size and plenty of storage too.
We were kept well informed about how to enter the building and a video as to where our rooms were located.
Only saw 1 staff member who couldn't speak English but managed to our request none the less.
It's in a good location as theres a bus stop across the road, and a supermarket just round the corner.
The only down side for me was , my room was facing the busy main road and it was a bit noisy, it probably wouldn't bother some people but i like complete quiet to sleep.
All in all i would definitely recommend Elit as a place to stay , the prices are very good too.

Excellent value, beautifully decorated. Great location close to many bus stops and bus transportation here is free. Only downside is the wifi is sometimes down. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who has to work from home.
