Our number has cracked paint on walls, stains from water leaking.
The staff on reception was very unfriendly, offered breakfast on a twice higher price than on website. Very noise air conditioning are something else
I was told that i would get a packed breakfast in the morning . but later on find out that there was a communication gap between the front desk and kitchen. when reminded about it in the evening , they refused to do anything about it.
They were completely unapologetic . Maybe thats the normal way for them !!!
Room was not ready . The luggage was kept in the lobby unattended ( almost )as i had arrived slightly earlier than the checkin time of 2.00 pm. The least they could do was to atleast offer a glass of water.

Great location to yoga, restaurants, temples , la man jula bridge and the Ganges.
Good breakfast. Food options for other times were also good. Some time due to the non-availability of the Chef, we could not try few dishes again. Nice comfortable room. Staff were accomodative of few requests whih was nice.
THe reception had no idea of when the breakfast would close. It seemed odd that they would not know.

Flights from Rishikesh to places like Mumbai are generally in the evening. The hotel refused to accommodate late check out
The rooms were really nice . Bed was particulary comfortable and the shower had a great stream and plenty of hot water. Breakfast had a rich variety and even included a pretty good espresso.
The window of the rooms at least on my side was directly across the balconies of another hotel, so basicaly I had to keep my curtains closed the whole time, as there were always people on these balconies... The restuarant was nice but a bit expensive. Food could have been better (though was overall good).

Very clean linens and rooms. I most appreciated how queit it was in a super busy area because it was tucked away in a little alley way.
Breakfast is served at 8. I would have give this property a 10 if they just obliged to make me a little something for breakfast earlier as a hospitality gesture.
