Dirtiness, noise and unfriendly staff
Cons:

DIRTINESS: Communal areas were dirty: stains on the ground, smells in some areas. Communal areas have been dirty for our 3-day stay.
In our room, it was the worst: stains on the ground, but mainly hair on the ground and IN the bed/ ON the pillows. So, when we arrived we had to ask for a broom and to clean ourselves, as the situation seemed usual for the receptionist guy welcoming us.
For the bed, the guy behaved like « What’s wrong? ». After a few minutes he told us that he could shake the sheet off (we can agree that it’s not shaking off a sheet that you make it clean), so we insisted even more and we finally got a new one.

TOWELS/ BATHROOM: According to the hotel offer on Booking.com, bathroom products were supposed to be included in the bathroom when arriving, there was none (not even towels).

NOISE: Don’t expect to sleep in this hotel: every single noise is echoing in the corridor (yes, rooms are inside, and they have no windows), not even talking about the noise from the super noise road right in front the hotel.

FOOD: Breakfast not good: overcooked rice, soup offered in a cardboard box (how were we supposed to eat it in a cardboard?), very hard crisps.
In case you ask for a simple alternative, like bananas, that’s not an option as staff will make no effort for you
