A 7/10 stay overall.
Pros:

Local breakfast was fairly good. Western dishes need improvement.

Cons:

I had the first dinner meal, ox tail soup with rice, This was a total failure. We had to change room, when the bathroom was leaking. It was all rectified to get us have a good nice sleep.

Hotel yang sangat recomended utk giat apapun
Pros:

Fasilitas dan keramahan staf nya. Prosedur yang cepat saat check in. Pemenuhan permintaan costumer yang responsif dan cepat serta makanan yang cukup bervariasi dan enak serta harga breakfast yang cukup terjangkau

Cons:

Nyaris tidak ada, cuma terkait tanjakan parkir di lantai P2 memang agak terjal sehingga kalau turun perlu manuver yang presisi agar mobil tidak baret, dan satu lagi klu bisa kamar club lantainya di karpet

Not worth the money spent staying at Excelton if other hotels in the area can provide better service
Pros:

The hotel was well equipped with swimming pool, gym, and complimentary breakfast, which we liked.

Cons:

The greeter staff at the main entrance of the hotel were pleasant and helpful; however, one of the front desk staff was not pleasant and borderline rude when we asked for extra room keys. I should have taken her name down, but I was in a hurry and frankly quite surprised with her attitude that I just let it slide. That experience alone left a sour taste in our mouth. The rest of the staff were fine.
