Tu hogar en la Jungla
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación en plena selva, la comida y sobretodo el trato personal de Alde, el director del hotel, y del resto del personal, incluidos nuestros guías al trekking de los orangutanes, ya que todos nos hicieron sentir como en familia. Ojalá pudiéramos volver algún día y volver a disfrutar del Jungle Inn.

Sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Alde und sein Team haben uns liebevoll empfangen und uns den Start hier in Indonesien sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Lage direkt neben dem Jungle am Fluss ist wunderschön und sehr erholsam.
Über die Unterkunft haben wir ebenfalls Touren und den Flughafentransfer gebucht, was alles einwandfrei geklappt hat.
Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Besonders der Jungle Tea hat uns geschmeckt.

Hier kom je helemaal tot rust
Pros:

De mooiste ligging van alle hotels in de omgeving. Onze jongens (9,11,14jr) konden vanaf de rond in het water springen. De natuur is echt heel mooi. Het (westers) eten was goed. De eendaagse jungle trekking geregeld via jungle inn en dat was heel goed. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gezellig.

Cons:

Dat we weer moesten gaan.

Cherished Family Memories - thank you ❤️
Pros:

What a wonderful stay at The Jungle Inn. We are a family of 4 (Mum, Dad and two girls aged 15 and 11) and have left Bukit Lewang with cherished memories.

The accommodation and surrounding area was stunning: Aldi and his friendly team always ensured we felt comfortable and safe and had everything we needed during our stay. Nothing was too much.

The staff were super kind, helpful and happy. Blade and other staff (a lovely chap with a moustache whose name eludes us) always made time to chat to and play with the children and it made them feel really welcome and included.

We loved the chilled vibe in the evenings with the wonderful live music including clapping and singing along to ‘The Jungle Trek Song’

The freshly cooked food and drink made to order was absolutely delicious!

We did an amazing overnight jungle trek with two wonderful guides: Zia Rozy and Saidi plus our amazing (and very funny) cook Soleh ❤️ They were so knowledgeable and enabled us to see orang-utans, Thomas Leaf monkeys, black gibbons and many more beautiful jungle creatures. Eating Soleh’s delicious food by candlelight at the camp and then playing a game of cards around the camp fire together was particularly memorable. The girls loved Saidi’s hand made jungle crowns and jungle makeup using the clay from the river. They also delighted in teaching Soleh how to play ‘poo head’ and their humour and fun personalities 😂

We are very sad to have left and hope to return one day. I cannot recommend this place enough. Jungle Inn you have made a long lasting imprint on our hearts ♥️

Leuk hotel, mooi gelegen aan de voet van de jungle, leuke sfeer ook s’avonds met live muziek en vriendelijke staff
Pros:

Goed gelegen aan de voet van de jungle met zicht op waterval, leuke jungle vibe met lekker resto en veel sfeer s’avonds, ook dankzij live band. Vriendelijke behulpzame staff en express laundry wat handig is na jungle trip. Kamers met mooie outdoor douche.

Cons:

De eerste nacht sliepen we in de waterfall room wat toch veel lawaai gaf s’nachts maar werd nadien ruimschoots gecompenseerd met 2 ruime kamers en 2 outdoor badkamers, was heerlijk om daar te kunnen verfrissen na de jungle tocht.

Besser geht nicht - auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 eine glatte 12
Pros:

Für meine Sumatra-Tour hatte ich Anfang Juni zunächst nur eine einzige Nacht gebucht, da ich mir unsicher war, ob es mir dort gefällt. Mein ursprünglicher Plan war, eine dreitägige Dschungeltour (3D/2N) zu machen und danach knapp zwei Wochen weiter durch Sumatra zu reisen.
Weit gefehlt: Ich bin die vollen zwei Wochen im Jungle Inn geblieben! Neben der fantastischen Dschungeltour habe ich superschöne Ausflüge in die wunderbare Umgebung unternommen und die Zeit in der traumhaften Natur mit den herzlichen Menschen einfach nur genossen.
Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist einmalig, die Ausflüge sind hervorragend organisiert und die Menschen dort machen den Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. „Come as a friend, leave as family“ ist hier nicht nur ein Spruch, sondern gelebter Alltag. Am 15.8. fliege ich direkt noch einmal für zwei Wochen hin – das sagt wohl alles!

Pros:

Super service. Wij kwamen door vertraging met het vliegtuig, zeer laat in de avond aan, maar er werd keurig op ons gewacht en direct de sleutel overhandigd zodat wij eerst konden gaan slapen.
Het park is heel mooi aan de rivier gelegen, eten in het restaurant was lekker en iedereen is zeer aardig.

Tout simplement exceptionnel
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel, l’emplacement magnifique au bord de la rivière .
Les petits déjeuners sont savoureux et très copieux.
L’organisation pour le trek de 2 jours dans la
Jungle.
Les guidés étaient très souriants, disponibles et à l’écoute avec les enfants.
Nous avons apprécié la prise en charge à l’aéroport de Medan.

La jungle : vous y êtes !
Pros:

Établissement en bord de rivière et de jungle. Chambre assez grande, douche eau chaude à l'extérieur et j'ai eu un peu peur de me retrouver face à des singes macaques turbulents et parfois agressifs, ce qui n'est heureusement pas arrivé. Au retour du trek dans la jungle, j'ai changé de chambre et la SDB était à l'intérieur, ce que je préférais. Accueil cordial avec un thé délicieux (le jungle thé) que je recommande car il est exceptionnel.
Possibilité de placer son argent et carte bancaire dans un coffre sécurisé à la réception. J'ai réservé 1 trek 2J/1N chez eux et c'était vraiment super !

Nice place to stay, really recommend!
Pros:

Rooms were pretty, but most importantly the staff were really nice and helpful. One of us got sick and helped us get medication as well as an emergency ride back to Medan Hospital. I really appreciate all their help. Food was really nice as well especially the Pollo Salteado!

Cons:

There was no AC which didn't help my friend in feeling better (only fans available), but we knew that when we booked so I don't hold that against them.

Wundervoller Unterkunft mitten im Dschungel
Pros:

Ja wo soll man anfangen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen am Fluss mitten im Dschungel von bukit Lawang. Wurden von einem super herzlichen und guten Fahrer abgeholt und dann erstmal mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade begrüßt. Das Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum mit direktem Blick von der Terrasse in den Dschungel und Affen am Balkon.

Haben über die Unterkunft direkt ein 2Tages Dschungel Trekking organisiert. War zwar etwas teurer aber dafür umso schöner. Hatten mit Ican und Rico zwei ganz wundervolle, herzliche und humorvolle Guides die für alle Fragen zur Verfügung standen und immer gut gelaunt waren. Haben so viele Orang utana und andere Tiere gesehen und die Übernachtung im Dschungel war ein absolutes Erlebnis.

Für uns wurde abends gekocht und super liebevoll aufgetischt mit Kerzen direkt am Fluss. Geschmacklich war es wahnsinnig lecker. In der Unterkunft gab's dann noch eine tolle Massage die im Preis inbegriffen war.

Auch das Essen in der Unterkunft war ganz toll und preislich angemessen. Abends wurde gemeinsam gesungen was der Unterkunft noch mehr Charme gegeben hat. Es hätte nichts besser sein können.

Dachungelfeeling in einer wunderbaren Unterkunft
Pros:

Come as friend, leave as family. Das Motto hier ist daily business. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und offen. Das Essen ist hervorragend und frisch. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön mit einem tollen Blick auf den Fluss und den Dschungel. Das Dschungeltrekking war das Highlight unserer dreiwöchigen Indonesienreise. Es wurde perfekt organisiert und die Guides waren absolute Profis! Top Empfehlung!
Die Lage ist zwar sehr abgelegen, 3-4h Fahrt von Medan, aber nur so hat man das totale Dschungelfeeling.

Cons:

Das Bett war ziemlich hart und es gab leider nur ein "Tuch" als Bettdecke, was bei der Klimaanlage ziemlich kalt war. Aber nichts, was die 10-Sterne-Bewertung oder die Empfehlung hier zu übernachten mindern könnte!
