Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, the food was amazing, the location overlooking the river was beautiful, faultless experience for me :)

They even collected me and dropped me off and organised the jungle trek. The guides for this were incredible. Definitely the highlight of my time in Sumatra and Borneo. Thank you

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Mooie lokatie. Ruime kamers.

Cons:

Onze matrassen waren niet fijn (doorgezakt, kamer 1), douchen in een badkuip vinden wij minder prettig.

Cons:

If in budget room, light from kitchen was bright in room as glass that goes through but they do turn off around 9-10pm so if not early to bed then fine!

Het verblijf en het personeel is ontzettend aangenaam. Alde, de manager van het hotel, heet je welkom zodra je hier binnenstapt. Aan alles is gedacht en mocht er iets ontbreken, dan wordt het voor je geregeld. Het restaurant hier, ga hier absoluut eten. Het eten is onwijs smakelijk. Excursies kunnen via Jungle Inn geboekt worden. We hebben een geweldige trekking door de jungle gehad, welke door Jungle Inn is georganiseerd.

En bord de rivière et cascade les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, le restaurant sur place est un pur délice et varié.
Toutes l'équipe du personnels est très accueillant, agréable et souriants.
Déjà par whatsapp depuis le 1er jour de réservation jusqu'au jour J disponible, réactif et rassurant pour toutes les questions.
Vous pouvez vous faire masser directement dans votre chambre par des masseuses très professionnelles, sympathiques, disponibles rapidement, nous ont bien remis en forme pendant le séjour.
Ne soyez pas surpris lors de votre arrivée en taxi, des personnes en scooter viennent vous récupérer avec vos valises pour accéder à l'hôtel qui se fait uniquement à pied ou en scooter car ruelle très étroite vous pouvez leur faire confiance.
