Service was excellent, and staff members responded promptly on WhatsApp; recovery facilities were impressive, though you should reserve them quickly because demand is high. The location was convenient, within walking distance of major business areas and restaurants.

Pros:

our stay at pilla villas #3 was fabulous. everything exceeded our expectations-beautiful villa, great location & we didnt want to leave. being able to use the rascals facilities was amazing - the staff are incredibly welcoming & accommodating & so friendly. can not fault the property & highly recommend as one of the top spots in kuta lombok to stay - we cant wait to go back next year to stay

Een heerlijk verblijf op loopafstand van de drukke hoofdstraat van Kuta. Het verblijf heeft 2 heerlijke zwembaden, het personeel staat binnen no-time voor je klaar en het eten (ontbijt - lunch - diner) is heerlijk. De beef rendang is een aanrader. Prijs-kwaliteit ook prima! We hebben er genoten!

Adults Only Paradise in Kuta
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay at Rascals Hotel! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The food was delicious, the bed super comfortable, and the outdoor bathroom was simply WOW! 🌿 Despite all the lush greenery, not a single insect in sight. The three gorgeous pools each have their own unique vibe, and the whole place feels spacious, relaxed, and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, there’s plenty of parking, and security is always present at the entrance. Perfectly located close to Kuta’s main street, yet tucked away in a quiet area. And the adults-only concept is the cherry on top! A little paradise we’d happily return to.

Cons:

The pastries at breakfast ran out very fast. If you don’t go early you miss them, and they are delicious!

Alles war sehr schön ! Einrichtung Pool und liegen alles in einem super Zustand. Unser Badezimmer war ein Traum !!!

Pros:

Everything was exceptional, it was our best stay in Indonesia. The staff is on another level of hospitality, they are always in for a nice conversation. The food was amazing as was the room. You can not go wrong with this stay in Kuta.
