We had an outstanding stay at Rascals Adults Only Hotel. It was honestly one of those places where you’re genuinely sad to leave!
The entire property is stunning, from the beautiful pools to the stylish interiors and lush tropical gardens. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating such a relaxing atmosphere.
The included breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options. If you’re up early enough, don’t miss the fresh almond croissants straight from the bakery, they were absolutely incredible!
What truly makes Rascals so special, though, is the staff. From the warm welcome at reception on arrival to the attentive service throughout breakfast and into the evening, everyone was consistently friendly, professional and always smiling. A special mention goes to Una and Arif, who were always so positive, welcoming and eager to help, they really made our stay even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience. We will 100% be returning the next time we’re in Lombok, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rascals to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.
Hard to find fault, maybe no fridge in the room, but it’s no deal breaker, as unlimited fresh filtered water is available.
The hotel is exactly as in pictures, it was super clean and breakfast was exceptional. Hot pastry after three weeks in Indo nearly made me cry. The service is also super friendly and we had a really comfortable stay. We requested a room away from the restaurant as I read that they play party music until late and we got that. Our room had a minifridge which was good.
Breakfast was slow at times and started later than usual, you could also hear party music to late at night and construction noise during the day. One big disappointment I had was that when we checked in we were given no info about the hotel, other than the plastic thing with wifi and breakfast times. We didn’t know the hotel had a third pool and yoga until the last day which we were sad about. I think part of good service is to give good info about the hotel and surrounding area while checking in. This same problem happened at breakfast, we had no idea how to order since there was no menu, after someone came to instruct us we waited a long time and then had to go get someone to order breakfast. Also lots of frogs on the lawns at night which I personally didn’t like.
Great pools, very nice breakfast and a cozy restaurant. The location is great, it’s silent but only a couple of minutes walking to the main restaurants.

Rascals is one of the most beautifully designed boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. The architecture, the atmosphere, the details — everything is considered and stunning. The multiple pools are gorgeous and perfect for unwinding. Staff was impeccable throughout.
The restaurant food was delicious and the Xeno Fit gym is a genuine highlight — a must for anyone who likes to stay active while travelling. Rare to find this quality of fitness facility while traveling.
Honestly, nothing. The only regret was having just one night — we didn't have time to explore the spa and all the activities on offer. That's reason enough to come back.

The spa had absolutely no availability for our whole stay. They need more therapists.
The location of the 3 pools was excellent, especially when one pool had tunes and the others were for more reading and napping. The cabanas were so comfortable and we loved the toweling on the sun loungers.There always seemed like enough chairs for everyone. The staff brought around buzzers at around 11am if you wanted to order something. The spa was very relaxing, but make a booking when you arrive as spaces fill up.
Breakfast with complementary pastries (IF you were up early enough) were to die for and the bread came from the bakery on site. They have gluten free bread if you pre-order it. I only did this a couple of times, it wasn't to my taste. The room was very comfortable and had really great decor, especially the bathroom door. It was great to not have children around and the adult only vibe was great.
1. The staff were not very knowledgeable about the menu and needed to "check" every time I ordered something. They also did not understand being Gluten free and asked me every morning (3 times one breakfast) why I didn't want a complementary pastry

3. My travelling partner had a birthday and we had major communication errors even though they wrote it down. Did a really lovely Happy Birthday message on the bed 3 days BEFORE her birthday. Didn't deliver the cake at breakfast, like arranged and I expressly mentioned not to make it gluten free because it'll make her sick, but they did and they left it on the bed when they cleaned at 3pm.
4. Everything on the menu is healthy and we were craving some other chocolately options, you can have it delivered via the ASAP App. The breakfast juice options tasted earthy and the smoothie tasted like it had protein in it. However we loved their egg Benedict and ginger tea with hot lemon and honey.
5. When you preorder breakfast, be very specific about what you would like.
6. The rooms claim to be sound proof however, we found that this wasn't the case when a) they started the coffee machine at 7am and some couples enjoying their alone time above and beside us.
It felt like the hotel had all the right ingredients just for us they were slightly out of step.
I didn’t realise how much difference an *adults only* hotel would be but omg its soooo nice not having kids running round, shrieking and splashing at the pool! The aesthetic is gorgeous, 3 pools (2 large and a small) lovely dining area with amazing breakfasts and strong hot showers, comfy beds and strong aircon!
F&B prices are very fair and the onsite bakery is fabulous too for a snack on the go!
I had a few small issues with food from the lunch/dinner menu but they were either removed from my bill or rectified. Breakfast was faultless though.
Not an issue but the plugs for adapters are round so take note as mine could not fit.
Everything was beyond exceptional. Staff were very friendly, provided amazing service. Food and spa exceptional level too.

Muy bueno las instalaciones y el restaurante increíble!! Atendían super bien, todos preocupados, nos hicieron la pieza perfecta todos los días, las piscinas un agrado, volvería si o si!
El hotel es precioso, está todo muy cuidado y limpio. El personal es muy amable. Habitaciones amplias y modernas, lo único que falta es una TV.
El servicio del restaurante es un poco lento, alguna vez tardaron más de 20 minutos en traer la comida. También me gustaría comentar que en el spa nunca hay sitio y el horario es muy reducido (a las 17h el último hueco), estaría bien que los huéspedes tuviesen prioridad para reservar.
Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal war auch sehr nett. Die Lage war auch super, man ist fußläufig direkt im Zentrum. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
