Pros:

Mooie boutiqe hotel! Fijn restaurant ernaast. Super mega vriendelijke personeel!!! Zeer Attent en behulpzaam!

Pros:

Чудесный персонал,благодаря им хотелось закрыть глаза на все недочеты.моя дочка забыла один кроссовок ,нам тут же написали и оправили доставкой. По всем запросам всегда шли на встречу.

Cons:

Уборка в номере очень плохая,было с сильно грязно под кроватью и так же очень плохо мыли полы. В номере стояла дополнительная кровать (хотя при бронировании это не было указано)

Pros:

Kamarnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih. Furniture besih dan terawat. Jaringan internet (wifi) lancar. Kolam renang bersih dan nyaman. Seluruh staff ramah dan memberi pelayanan yg baik. Restoran / cafenya bagus, view sawah yang hijau.

Spacious room and smiley staff

Cons:

They didn't clean the plates after the breakfast even after I asked them.
They gave us a beacon, even though we specifically told them we wanted a vegetarian option but they fixed it giving us the right order later on. Just try to be attentive next time

Pros:

The room was very clean and cozy. The staff were amazingly friendly, the girls were so kind and caring 🤍

Breakfast was included, and it was absolutely delicious.
I really enjoyed my stay, and if I come to Ubud again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
