Pros:

The property was amazing. I was a little sceptical reading some of the negative reviews, but I honestly couldn’t fault it. Yes, the hot water runs out if you take a long shower, but you are on an under developed island, that’s the whole point of the location. The view from the room was incredible, photos don’t even do it justice. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Putu - she went above and beyond. We had to leave prior to breakfast starting, and Putu arranged for our breakfast to be prepared and packed as take away for us - we didn’t even have to ask.

The location is a little bit further from the handful of shops on the East side of the island, probably around a 15 min walk. With that said, we found the locals and staff were all too happy to give us lifts on their bikes here and there.

Overall, highly recommend this accommodation.

Cons:

There is no door separating the toilet from the room, which I guess could be somewhat uncomfortable for a new couple :)

Pros:

The views and the room. The breakfast was good as well

Cons:

The communication. Because of the floods, we had to change our arrival date and it was super difficult to get in contact with them. I also forgot a bracelet, I wrote them to see if they found it, they never answered back. Kinda sad this lack of communication.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti, la camera ha una spettacolare vista sull'oceano ed è molto spaziosa.

Cons:

La location dell'hotel non sembra essere molto curata; a colazione, per quanto riguarda i dolci, c'era solo la scelta di un piatto - forse un po' limitata come opzione. Inoltre, ho notato che l'hotel non utilizza le etichette da appendere alle porte per indicare se si desidera la pulizia della camera. Di conseguenza, ho dato per scontato che la camera sarebbe stata pulita, ma in realtà non è stato così.
Come posizione non la consiglio perché le principali attrazioni si trovano nella costa opposta.

Overall it was wonderful!!
Pros:

The view from the room was mesmerising and everything was clean and good facilities were given

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the toilet seat in the room. There was no privacy for the toilet as it was in the open right there in the kitchen area!! This is not something very usual !

Beautiful view of the ocean, very kind staff who helped us with motor bike rental and harbour transfers. Room was spacious and clean.

When I talked about the problems, I pretended that they didn't understand, they didn't know what to offer, and as a result it turned out that they knew about the problem and just didn't know how to solve it. At the same time, the guy who ran the service constantly said something in Indonesian, showing his dissatisfaction, he didn't want to participate in all this. My Wi-Fi didn't work, the network kept dropping out, and the boiler for 100 liters bathtub was 10 liters only. Impossible to use bathtub.
