Pros:

- rapporto qualità / prezzo
- disponibilità staff (possibile servizio laundry a prezzo onesto)
- comodità della posizione rispetto alla via principale

- gatti che entrano nelle stanze

Bon séjour chez James !
Pros:

C’est très bien situé on est à côté de la rue avec pleins de restaus et de commerces. C’est très calme et les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables aussi !
C’est un bon rapport qualité prix on était bien lotis !
Et aussi bien accueillis par le personnel sur place!

Cons:

La douche est un peu sommaire mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail ;)

Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful. Location is close to the harbour.

Cons:

The room is very outdated. There is also no proper ventilation which is why the bed gets damp. The curtains looked like it was not washed or replaced from the time it was put in there. Should replace the bed and pillow too as it is itchy. It's not just the sheets that needs changing, it is the entirey as it is already worn out. The lightning makes it look unrecognized.

First time in Gili Island.
Pros:

I was looking for a place where I could work remotely, and James Bungalow turned out to be the perfect choice. It's conveniently located near the port, beaches, restaurants, and everything you might need, even if you're heading out after midnight to grab some food.

The host is incredibly accommodating and helpful. He even assisted us with renting bicycles, which made getting around the island much easier.

The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. I also appreciated having access to hot water for making coffee. The Wi-Fi downstairs worked well, allowing me to work remotely without any issues, and I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay.

For a private room, the price was very affordable compared to many hostels I found online. Overall, I highly recommend James Bungalow for anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a great location and a welcoming host.

Cons:

The floor tiles can get wet and dirty easily after using the bathroom, so providing an extra towel or bath mat for drying your feet would be a nice addition. The Wi-Fi signal upstairs also wasn't very reliable, according to my friends who stayed on the upper floor. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.

An amazing and warm stay with outstanding hospitality and lovely cats!
Pros:

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly—he even lent us his own snorkeling mask, which was incredibly kind. The location is perfect, very close to the harbor, and we easily rented bicycles directly from them to explore the island. Another huge highlight was the cats! They are so friendly and adorable, and one of them even spent the night sleeping in our room, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"

Sehr großes Zimmer und gemütliche Betten, der Besitzer ist sehr nett und entspannt was Check in und Check out sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage ist gut und einfach zu erreichen.

Leider keinen Safe für Wertgegenstände im Zimmer
