Assez moyen mais passable vu le prix
Pros:

Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Tellement de bruit ! Les chambres sont placées autour du parking. De plus, le parking de l'hôtel fait également office de parking d'un centre médical donc du monde à longueur de journée, meme la nuit. Pour en finir avec le bruit, nous sommes en ville donc vous êtes entourés d'une dizaine de mosquée à quasiment 100 m toutes (non ce n'est pas une exagération).

Et si vous êtes des amoureux des bêtes, venez ici. Entre cafard, milliers de fourmis et blates, vous êtes servis....

Certes ce n'est pas cher mais pour le coup, c'est assez insalubre.

Basically what I didn't like is that they are making reservations at a hotel that is not theirs. You arrive there and the address is not correct, a guy from the other side calls you and tells you where it is, then you enter the reception and they tell you that since 01/31/23 they no longer have a contract with booking (but we made the reservation in February) and that you have to pay them there in cash (when the reservation was already charged a few days before).I understand that the city is going down in terms of tourism and that they want to earn a living. But what these people do is a scam.

the hotel claimed that they already stop the contract with OYO so they would.not honor the contract at the end we need to pay cash while the hotel contract is non refundable ....

Cons:

I was obliged to pay on the spot, while I already paid with credit card with booking. com, because the place is not longer connected with oyo. But calling to booking.com UK, and Oyo Indonesisa did not seem to provide a solution. So I may be that I'm charged twice. So, no more booking. com and no more Oyo, if this situation is not corrected.

Not recommended and do not use online booking
Pros:

Only the personal workers are polite and not far from Garut terminal when you want to take bus for traveling other places.

Cons:

My goodness, no towels and shampoo. Only warm water to drink or make your personal soup. Nothing to do in the area. No Internet. Not recommended to stay for long period and far from the center. I also pass this on that you should not book online, because the owner himself indicates that he no longer cooperates with booking.com, due to termination of contracts.
