Pas d’eau chaude, clim défectueuse qui a littéralement inondé la chambre en pleine nuit : une cascade sortait de l’unité intérieure, suivie d’une pluie qui a trempé le lit. J’ai dû m’abriter sous les draps, la pièce était complètement inondée. Heureusement que mes affaires n’étaient pas dessous.

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Pas de papier toilette, pas de savon pour se laver les mains.

L’une des chambres était déjà trempée à notre arrivée. Je vous laisse imaginer la couleur de la serviette avec laquelle on a essuyé le sol… 😵

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, donc impossible d’avoir des réponses claires.

Le petit déjeuner est une blague : pas de café, pas de thé, aucun service, et la nourriture était mauvaise.

Ajoutez à cela des bruits de machines toute la nuit.

Qui a donné 3 étoiles à cet endroit ?
La seule réponse reçue via Booking : « Désolé, on a des problèmes techniques en ce moment ».

Dans ce cas, réparez-les, prévenez les clients avant la réservation, ou baissez vos prix !

Cons:

The rooms look quite different from the photos, as they appear to be heavily edited. The lobby and dining area, in particular, do not resemble the pictures at all. The bed covers were dirty, and the pool was in such poor condition that we didn’t even consider using it. As soon as we entered our room, we decided to leave immediately—we couldn’t even stay the night.

The front desk staff were very kind, though they had limited English proficiency. Unfortunately, aside from their hospitality, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
