Next to the mosque, which during Ramadan was quite noisy.
Naia is a great hotel in the heart of Kuta next to all the main bars and restaurants. It has all the modern conveniences you need whilst still feeling very authentic. What stood out most for me is the amazing team they have in place. Everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly, eager to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Whatever you want to do, they’ll organise it for you. Breakfast was also 10/10. Thank you Naia for a wonderful stay and I really hope to be back some day.
Very cute place, lovely vibe. Most important was the attentive staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. Will definitely be back!
Habitué à voyager dans plusieurs pays d’Asie, j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement avec un niveau de standing très très élevé par rapport au rapport qualité prix. Tout était parfait , la gentillesse, les conseils et les petits déjeuner. Je recommande à 100% c’était vraiment super tôt par rapport à la concurrence.
Great location. Fantastic for those who aren’t prepared to rent their own scooter. Naia is right in the centre of the action, surrounded by beautiful restaurants, cafes and bars, and yet an oasis of calm and tranquility.
The staff eere attentive, exceptional and always willing to help, especially Agus. Well located and I would stay here again!

Das Hotel Naia überzeugt durch die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des Personals. Man wird stets mit einem herzlichen Lächeln empfangen und spürt das ehrliche Interesse daran, jedem Gast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders aufmerksam waren die kleinen herzlichen Grüße zu den Festtagen am Abend in Form von etwas Süßem.
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem.
Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Naia und haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar zweimal verlängert – das sagt eigentlich schon alles. :)
Man fühlt sofort, wie herzlich das gesamte Team ist. Alle sind super freundlich, offen und helfen gerne bei der Planung von Ausflügen oder der Weiterfahrt zum Flughafen, immer unkompliziert und zu fairen Preisen. Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass man den Frühstücks-Tisch mit anderen Gästen teilt. So haben wir einige schöne Gespräche geführt.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, die Lage ist perfekt, um Kuta und die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das Frühstück war eines der besten auf unserer Reise.
Die gute Bewertung ist wirklich absolut gerechtfertigt – wir können Naia von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
El personal es maravilloso y la habitación era preciosa y muy limpia.
We loved this hotel! Very cute setting, decoration, the staff is super nice. The room was decorated by my taste, it was comfortable, the breakfast was exceptionally good - like at a brunch. The location is also top, it is close to the beach, the restaurants and bars.
El trato del personal, nos acompañaron en todo momento, y fueron de gran ayuda. Los desayunos son buenísimo y con mucha variedad a elegir. Nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días. También organizan packs de turismo , que están súper bien. Nosotros contratamos uno, y fue un espectáculo.
No es su culpa, pero el hotel está al lado de una mezquita, aunque el hotel proporciona tapones para los oídos, el sonido es muy alto y te despierta en las madrugadas con los rezos.

Wer mehr als nur einen reinen Schlafplatz sucht, ist im Naia genau richtig. Das ganze Team strahlt eine unfassbare Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit aus, ist aber dabei ehrlich und authentisch. Wir haben zusätzlich zum Team viele andere Reisende kennengelernt und die kleine gemütliche Frühstücksrunde trägt dazu bei, dass man automatisch ins Gespräch kommt. Von Ausflügen, bis Rollermiete, über abendliche Spiele, der Streetfoodtour, dem Kochkurs bis hin zur Organisation von Transporten ist alles dabei.
Danke für einen so wunderbaren Aufenthalt und den tollen Einblick in das Leben auf Lombok. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
