Fantastic boutique hotel in the centre of town. Wonderful committed staff who clearly enjoy working there. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Una struttura nuovissima e pulitissima. Tutte le persone dello staff sono molto gentili e accoglienti. La struttura è stata arredata con stile e gusto. Si trova nella via centrale di Kuta Lombok quindi ci si può spostare facilmente a piedi la sera.
La struttura organizza molte attività ed escursioni super interessanti: noi abbiamo fatto il corso di cucina ed è stato molto bello! 🤩
Naia est vraiment un hôtel de rêve situé en plein cœur de Kuta. Tout est à disposition à pied. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême. Nous nous sommes sentis extrêmement bien accueillis et nous sommes partis à regret !

Right on the main street so easy access to everything. This was very important to me as a solo female traveller.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous sentions presque comme chez nous. Les chambres sont belles et propres, l’hôtel est très beau également et décoré avec soin. L’équipe est adorable et aux petits soins, très bons conseils également sur les activités à faire à Lombok.

A very homie stay despite in the central city, this place is very cozy and comfy. All the staff here is also very amazing, helpful and friendly. Thanks so much to Marls, Pak Agus and all the staff here ( Mbak Iza, Alfaiza, Intan, Lana and Sugi ) for a wonderful stay.
Heel vriendelijk kleinschalig hotel, super lieve behulpzame mensen.
Het ontbijt was erg simpel en moest je de dag voordien doorgeven… de locatie is midden op een drukke straat. Wat je wel op voorhand weet. Maar ondanks dat is het erg onrustig en lawaaierig buiten. Maar in het hotel doen ze er alles aan om dat zo goed mogelijk te balanceren.
This is a wonderful place. The location is perfect, the facilities are beautiful and spotless. The staff are exceptional. I can’t fault Naia - stay here. It’s brilliant.

Small six-room place where the owner and staff know you by name within an hour. Nothing was too much trouble — they helped us sort scooters, the surf beaches and our onward boat without any fuss. Room was comfortable and spotless, breakfast good every morning, and the location is ideal: on the main street, walking distance to restaurants and a short ride to Selong Belanak, Mawi and Tanjung Aan. My son and I arrived straight off the Rinjani trek and it was the perfect place to land.
Very little. Only note is that all rooms have queen beds — no twin option — which is worth knowing if you’re travelling as father and son or with a friend. They were upfront about it when we asked before booking.

- Check-in procedure was a bit overwhelming
The place is great & the staff is marvellous - be it Iza, who does the breakfast, or Iana, Sugi, Intan or Agus - everybody really cares for you, they're exceptionally nice & friendly people and i want to say thank you once again to all of them - i had a magnificient stay at Naia Hotel :-)

Das Personal ist wirklich unglaublich freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast mehr als willkommen. Nach dem Abendessen hatten wir auch immer noch eine kleine Süsse Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist hervorragend und sicher. Wenn ich nochmals nach Kuta Lombok kommen werde, dann zu euch!
Wenn man einen kleinen Kritikpunkt geben müsste, dann wäre es, dass das Badezimmer etwas unangenehm gerochen hat, ansonsten hat alles gepasst!
Attention to detail, services offered were great, the team was wonderful. Special thanks to Agus for always being available and helping us book activities and transportation. Everything was always very tidy and clean. I love the plants everywhere and the attempts made to be more sustainable. Also love that they support locals and cooperate with them. They are also open for feedback during your stay. So if you have enything that isn't up to your standards, you can tell them anytime and they will try their best to correct whatever didn't suit you. The price is very fair for what you get!!!
