Cons:

Full scam. They charge you more on your arrival. It is actually cost Rp 150K, they said they are no longer in contract with any apps whatsoever, so all the purchase made within any app is a sunk cost for customer, and straight into their pocket!

I requested for a refund, they rejected it. Support from.booking.com is also so bad, unrensponsive, underestimating the soverity and scam level. Even in google map people are complaining about the stay AND customer support from every app

They are using Booking.com to get customers and when you arrive there they are telling we’re not working with Booking.com anymore and triple the price! Don’t go there find an honest place to stay.

Not recommended unless you need to stay near the airport

Close to the airport.

Cons:

They will overcharge you. Your booking.com price might be something like 101k (in my case) but they will charge you 150k. Also they do not speak english. The floor of the room was not clean but the bed was ok. No shower or sink available and toilet is one of those standing toilets. I got marked as a no show even though I spend the night there. It is best to avoid this place.

Pros:

The building and rooms have a very unique design. I
Feels safe as the access to the property is gated and there are cctvs.

Cons:

The accommodation fees requested upon arrival (150000IDR) was different from the fees secured on booking.com (50827IDR).
The staff claimed that the additional fees are for the upkeep of the property.
As it was already dark, I had no choice but to agree to the additional fees.

1st, i booked for IDR 65k as in booking.com price. But when i arrive the owner asked for IDR150k..! I argue n said no more money. I just go inside the room.

2nd. The bed is not queen size..! It single bed size. So for 2 people is not good at all.

3rd. No electric plug..! A big problem for traveler

4th. The toilet is so old school n not suitable for most people.
