Tempatnya bersih, pelayanan ramah. Fasilitas sesuai dengan harga.
Cuma 1, lantai di toilet sangat licin ketika basah.
Takut nanti terjadi kejadian mungkin tamu jatuh,
Karena saya sendiri dan juga istri sempet kepleset.
Gx tau kalo kamar lain mungkin lantai toiletnya sama apa tipe kamar yg saya tempati saja.

So small room could hardly open the door.
The room was clean and tidy but pillows looked dirty, tv didn’t work picture was fuzzy on every channel, breakfast was Indonesian only and cold. Staff weren’t overly friendly. Location on busy street not walking distance to anywhere close

I had to stay in Bali due to the volcanic eruption and the staff were very understanding and helpful with me extending my stay on the spot
Other than not having any type of mini fridge there was nothing wrong with this hotel but again you get what you paid for and I think you get more than enough with this hotel
Hotel has good infrastructure and location with decent size of rooms and staff is also very polite and professional
Airconditioner in all rooms are not enough to cool the room...they should certainly look for improving airconditioners in hot temperature like Bali
Very good value for money and perfectly comfortable, with clean sheets and bathroom, and drinking water provided. Small restaurant offering basic Indonesian menu.
No bar fridge in room and wifi very annoying - had to constantly keep logging in. Pool was not available due to renovations and on the first day housekeeping knocked at 8am wanting to service the room!
Fast check in and check out process. Staff very friendly. Security was good. Great location
The bathroom could use with a little more maintenance. But other than that is was ok.
