The most PERFECT accommodation. Very generous sized rooms, wonderful staff, a great (quiet) location and excellent food and drinks. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into the accommodation and we couldn’t speak more highly of our stay. An extra shout out for the thoughtful touches like mosquito spray, ear plugs, complementary water and a well-stocked mini bar. Thank you thank you thank you. We will be back! Couldn’t recommend it more.

This was genuinely one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had, not just in Bali but anywhere.
The property is completely misrepresented. It is advertised as a “5-star villa” when in reality it is nowhere near that standard. It feels unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly maintained.
From arrival, there was a strong, unpleasant farm/cow smell. The villa itself is extremely exposed. The bathroom is essentially outdoors, with gaps in the walls, and was visibly dirty with muck, ants and bugs. While showering, there were people below who could see in, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of privacy.
There is no proper air conditioning, making it unbearable in the heat. The structure of the villa is not sealed, so there is zero soundproofing. We could hear absolutely everything — people talking, dogs barking, birds, and a rooster constantly throughout the night. It was impossible to sleep. Even inside the villa felt louder than outside.
The hygiene was extremely poor. There were ants and bugs everywhere, and we were both left covered in bites. This was not an issue anywhere else during our trip, so it is clearly a problem specific to this property.
Security is a major concern. The main entrance gate has no lock at all, meaning literally anyone can walk straight in and access the property and pool area. There is no visible security. When we raised concerns at night after hearing noises around our villa, nobody came to check and we were dismissed.
We also experienced a power outage with no communication or assistance, leaving us in the dark with no support.
To make matters worse, a large monkey jumped onto the roof and climbed along the villa while we were about to use the pool, making us feel extremely unsafe. We were unable to use the facilities we paid for.
Breakfast was undercooked (raw eggs) and made us feel unwell, which disrupted our day and plans.
Loved the plunge pool! Gorgeous small boutique hotel with large communal pool and stunning tranquil villas. Loved the room amenities , the large wardrobe, and especially the outdoor bathroom. Such a comfortable stay, I cannot wait to return! Thank you to the staff :)

Ik heb 6 nachten in Jellyfish geslapen.
Voor de prijs die ze rekenen per nacht voor de villa met zwembad! vindt ik de hygiëne aan de zeer slechte kant, overal zaten vlekken of plekken op (handdoeken, beddengoed, de bank binnen en buiten en toilet/badkamer) ik ga geen foto’s delen want deze heb ik al laten zien bij het uitchecken.

We spent 9 wonderful nights at this villa and absolutely loved it. The service was outstanding – the entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From anticipating our needs to simply smiling every time we passed by – every little detail was taken care of.
They even asked us every day what time would be most convenient for housekeeping – a small but meaningful touch that made us feel truly respected as guests.
The villa itself is beautifully designed with stylish interiors and a well-maintained outdoor area. Housekeeping came twice a day, keeping everything spotless, refreshing towels, and preparing the mosquito-net bed every evening – a really nice touch.
Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations – served from 7 to 11 AM, which made mornings so easy. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices, with fresh ingredients. We also loved the option to order room service – always quick and tasty.
On top of that, the hotel organized day tours to some of the most beautiful locations around, which made exploring effortless.
If you're looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy your vacation, this is it. Highly recommended!
Stayed 5 different villas during our trip to Bali but Jellyfish is the one we cannot forget. Really exceltional. Rooms are so good. You can feel that Bali vibe all around. They covered every little detail in the rooms as well. Anti bug stuff, earplugs, slippers, safe you name it. Staff was really helpful and kind as well. Pool is very cozy as well just lay down and chill.

Service was great, loved the turn down service each night where they lit mosquito coils. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was outdoors so were a few mosquitos and bugs but was fine
