Lo staff era super gentile e ci ha dato una mano a risolvere qualche problema.

Cons:

Lenzuola macchiate e scarafaggio gigante in camera. Molto rumoroso.

Good but noisy room, unprofessional staff
Pros:

Comfortable bed, spacious room, good AC.

Cons:

I counted exactly one person from the staff speaking proper English and behaving professionally (thank you). My experience with the rest of the staff was far from expected.

The windows from our room gave to the corridor, so the choice is either privacy or natural light and ventilation.

One car hear all the car and motorcycle noises from the street, it gets very loud.

One night's stay in Mataram
Pros:

The location was good for an overnight stay after flying into Lombok in the evening. There is a cafe onsite serving good coffee and some local dishes, and there are quite a few restaurants in the walking distance. Mayura Water Park, Meru Temple and the famous Cakranegara Market are within walking distance, too.
The room was comfortable and looked clean.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner.
The window was overlooking the hallway.
