Pros:

I am satisfied stay in together with my family. The facility and the price is suitable and I like the most is the place is clean.

Cons:

The internet connection is not consistent in every room. Some rooms have a good connection, while others do not get any signal. However, given the relatively low rental price, I am quite satisfied.

Very cheap but also not comfortable

It was kind of dirty and the toilet wasn't working and there was no real shower. Also the bed sheets weren't clean

Not worth for more than one night
Pros:

The location close to the main road and there's hot water

Cons:

The room is dirty. They didn't really clean it when checked-in. They dump all dust and trash below the bed. The sheets are also smelly. The wifi is only working in the corridor. Inside the room, no wifi and hard to get reception.
