Exceptionnel
Pros:

Très belle villa, vue imprenable sur les collines et la plage de selong balanak. Le staff est extraordinaire, super arrangeant et sérieux. Ils ont gardé nos affaires pendant notre trek au mont Rinjani. La nourriture au restaurant de l’hôtel est délicieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. On a tellement apprécié notre séjour qu’on a decidé de rajouter une autre nuitée. Merci pour le gâteau offert à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage. A la prochaine!!

Es un resort espectacular. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades para no salir de allí. La ubicación es buena para ver el sunset pero para moverte por la isla está lejos.

Cons:

Eché en falta algunos productos de higiene como kit dentales, bastoncillos de oídos, cepillos, gorros de ducha…

Pros:

Very comfortable beds, beautiful view, great grounds & pool, accommodating staff, great food at the restaurant.

Cons:

Because the beach is getting very busy with outside guests we had to reserve dining tables to ensure we got a spot. They need to put flags in front of the resort swimming area as the surfers have encroached on this area making it unsafe for swimmers resulting in accidents. With a new resort being built this beautful spot will lose its charm with overcrowding.

Pros:

De ligging is prachtig! Speciaal voor hotelgasten zijn er bedden op het strand. In het restaurant kan je heerlijk ontbijten met je voeten in het zand. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

I didn’t want to leave :(
Pros:

Everything. What a total paradise! The room is gorgeous with a mini bar to die for, bed is super comfy and it’s in such a tranquil setting. The staff are so incredible! Friendly, welcoming, kind. The facilites are fantastic and I enjoyed the quiet of the pool and beach club.
Breakfast was excellent and the whole vibe in general is a gift. Location is right on the beach!
This is such a beautiful place made even better by the staff!

Cons:

I had to leave ;( I tried to extend my stay but they were fully booked and I totally understand why!

Mooie bungalow en prachtig strand
Pros:

Moderne, mooie en ruime bungalow. Het strand is prachtig met goed voorzieningen. Restaurant prima en sfeervol. Zwembaden zijn heerlijk en de mainpool heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het is een groot en uitgestrekt resort. Afstanden zijn groot. Verwacht geen klein, intiem resort. Sommige bungalows hebben een fantastisch uitzicht. De onze had dat niet en lag afgelegen. Dat maakt een enorm verschil voor de beleving. Apen waren opdringerig op het pad naar de main pool .

Pros:

Les piscines sont agréables et celle avec vue est exceptionnelle. Les logements sont spacieux, l’hôtel donne sur la plage et dispose d’un restaurant quasiment les pieds dans l’eau. L’hôtel dispose également d’un coin privé sur la plage avec transat.

L’acoustique entre nos deux logements n’étaient pas exceptionnel

Beautiful resort. Great views, beautiful beach. Great restaurant.

Cons:

Great place to relax and unwind. Not a lot to do around the resort. But you don't really have to leave. If you are a beginner surfer it's great. Very mindful place great to relax.

Všechno!!!Nádherné ubytování-vily jsou perfektní,měli jsme Kenari a Kalimu,výhledy na zátoku jsou úžasné(Kenari-je na kopci)Personál hotelu je úžasný,milý,ochotný-nic není problém.Recepční p.Fatan👍👍👍🙂.Restaurace na pláži výborná-trochu dražší,ale to se dá očekávat.Pokud bydlíte na kopci odveze vás auto-klidně 100× za den.Pláž je nádherná,čistá,uklízí se.Je nutné si dávat pozor na opice,hlavně v horní vile Kenari nám zlikvikodovali knihy a další věci,ale to není chyba hotelu,ale naše hloupost-nenechávat věci venku.Oblečení,kterého se dotknou vám hotel zdarma vypere.Jinak pobyt úžasný,rádi se zase někdy vrátíme.

Pros:

I only stayed for 1 night so didn't have a chance to use the facilities but it was really clear that if you like resort holidays this is a great place.
The cottage we had was spacious and impressive.
The onsite restaurant was good and not over priced as resorts can be sometimes.
As we were leaving before breakfast they provided a packed breakfast to take away and delivered this to the cottage from the restaurant.
The shower was excellent and the beds were comfy.

Bel établissement avec quelques axes d’amélioration
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé avec une ouverture directe sur la plage. La nourriture est plutôt bonne avec un service de qualité. Il propose une navette en voiture pour nous amener où l’on veut au sein du complexe hôtelier. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et propres.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas de grande qualité avec peu de choix. Le déplacement entre chaque lieu du complexe hôtelier peut être dérangeant…
