Cheap place to stay while you go out enjoying Yogyakarta
Pros:

It is in the middle of student "kos" area which is in Pogung. It also is very close to the Kaliurang street, which is the main road around UGM to the central Yogyakarta city. There are a lot of coffee shops around the place. In fact the place itself is a daily "kos-kosan". The price is very cheap so the experience was good

Cons:

The wifi connection was bad. The room was not very clean. Especially the toilet water drain was not properly maintained. So the water flowing there was never able to go all (always wet around the drain).
The AC was not cold enough so I need to turn it on 24h.

Pros:

Not really, maybe just near warmindo

Cons:

Most of it. Will be nice if there's water heater and keset in the bathroom
