not the cleanest and water heater wasn’t working
In a great spot! Nice and calm inside, but near all the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Clean space, the staff were very helpful and accommodating! Was fantastic :)
Didn't like anything, the place was really rundown and left before almost as soon as I got there.
This place looks great on the pictures, but has not been kept in good shape. It needs a DEEP DEEP clean, limescale off the bathroom, dust and debris cleaned from the cracks in the floorboards, pillows replaced as they were mouldy, furntiture is really shabby as well as the tables in the pool needing a strip and revarnish.
It was great.
Nothing it was perfect for the value.

The staff were so friendly from the moment I got there, right through to the end of the stay and I couldn't say enough about how friendly . The location was in an ideal location for me, everywhere is walkable if you're happy to walk, or grabbing a scooter is super quick and easy. The layout of the rooms were really clever, and whilst could be considered small for some people, it was perfect, especially if you wanted a longer term stay as it had space to chill and sleep. The location was tucked off the main road so generally quite quiet.
On one night there was noise from a local karaoke place, although Ubud centre is a busy place and noise is to be expected, so given that it was only 1 night out of 3, I think it was okay!

It was located right in the middle of Ubud.
Labai patiko, džiaugiuosi, kad kambarį gavau pirmame aukšte, buvo labai patogu iš kambario patekti į baseiną, nereikėjo vaikščioti laiptais. Pusryčiai buvo įskaičiuoti tik tik ne taip kaip mes auropone pratę gauti furšetinius pusryčius. Atsiuntė meniu ir reikėjo išsirinkti ką norėsi valgyti pusryčiams pasirinkimas neplatus, bet visko užteko.
Central, interesting and clean room.
No parking place for car. Walk under the water 15 mm from a far parking with luggages to get to our room.
No hot water and air con not working in the room.
It was a nightmare not worth the price,

Nothing. Only the location.
The place isn't looked after and it's dirty. The photos are outdated and drains clog, pool is dirty and the bamboo is old and falling apart.
