The location was very good, close to everywhere
Tempat tidur panggung was not suitable for senior person like us
Its a suites hotel in the center of Tasikmalaya. Dindin Syarifudin the manager on duty is a helpful person. The front office staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth check-in process We enjoy our stay overall. We often stay here for the staycation. Although our house is just about 30 minutes away from the hotel. Hotel surprised me with a personalized welcoming message in my room.
And General Manager Pak Wayan R Astawa in the morning made us feel at home with his greetings.
I will definitelly comeback again for my next visit in Tasikmalaya.
Location is perfect, easy to get anywhere especially to famous culinary spots in town. Elevator is very fast and we never waited long or met with a crowded elevator. Their pillows are very soft and comfortable. We slept well.
Negative points for the hotel is the almost unusable slow wi-fi. Other than that, parking is tricky if you have a relatively big car and the parking lot is getting full, but you can just leave the parking to security staff. Also, this noodle restaurant right next to the hotel is quite noisy with their continuous order call.
I am to be happy visited to Cordela Suites this is 2nd time

The best hotel in Tasikmalaya
staffs are very nice and helpful.
No Gym room
My first time staying at this property, at Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya from today 15 Sep until 18 Sep 2023. I am bringing a kid, 5 year old) with me which unfortunately he got sick this morning, and he has fever. This afternoon, around 3-4 pm I heard a continue dragged sounds of tables and chair above my room. Then I learnt that above my room is a function hall.
Pretty sure the banquet staff dragged everything instead lifted those equipments. My son fell asleep since 7.00 pm because of his medicine, and awoken by a super loud friday night live music that started from 8pm and receptionist said that it will be until 11pm. And he also said that live music also happening in the street of Yudanegara beside in the rooftop.
So if you are expecting a sound proof room for a solitude, don’t choose this hotel. If you’d like to join the night crowd and party all night long, this hotel is suitable for you.
Actually I’m a kind of like this hotel because it’s quite new, great service from FO and HSKP, (have’t try the FB service and product yet) and everything works in order. TV can do the netflix and youtube (smart tv). I would give 5 stars for those things…but 1 star for soundproof room.
Family friendly hotel !! The staffs showed their excellent hospitality. I would like to mentioned Mr. Iqbal & Ms. Fina ? , also the room attendant who helped me to deliver the extra blanket when I freezing at my own room.
The AC works so well, Daikin never disappoints me.
The room cleanliness was so good. So comfy!
Breakfast section is so tempting especially for soto tasik and pasta bolognese .

Very noisy, I can't sleep until 3 AM
Booking type exec king room on the 3rd floor, but for this room type it turned out that the beds were all twinbeds put together, asked to be replaced with queen bed, given a replacement for a deluxe room on the 6th floor, which turned out to be wider, even though the room size should have been informed the king room is more spacious. However, it must be admitted that the service recovery from the staff is very good. For limited menu breakfast, the taste is considered sufficient.

I liked the lighting system in the room, which was indirect lighting, so it's not too sharp the my eyes. The bed was ok, however I really liked the pillows' softness. There were 2 kinds : 50x70 cm n 50x90 cm. Plug positions were also strategic and convenient. There were also quite large variants of in room food service. The toilet was practical although it had a non-rectangular shape. Check in n check out procedures were prompt n easy. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tasikmalaya!
