Pros:

I absolutely loved this place. The staff is extremely nice and professional. They helped with fixing my reservation that I messed up by picking the wrong dates. I didn't lose any money and I got to stay the days I actually needed. And they did all this with a smile on their face. I made their job more difficult and they couldn't have been kinder. They also helped me find a laundry service which was very practical and fast. The room was nice and clean and Netflix is a plus and it's also very quiet.

Good value for the money if you don't mind a tiny room and hearing courtyard voices.
Pros:

The hotel itself is on a lovely street in a very pretty, area with lots of trees. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, very clean, with a lovely lobby and courtyard that is a table seating area, and a cafe conveniently attached, with all sorts of breakfast breads as well as a full dinner menu-- you could eat in the courtyard for have room service--and the food was very good. They also recommended for me an excellent tour guide named Deni, who drove me around all the attractions outside of Bandung for a reasonable price.

Cons:

The room was very small, the mattress was too stiff, the bathroom was tiny. Worst of all was the noise from the courtyard. Almost all the rooms face it, as did mine. When people were talking in courtyard, I could hear what they were saying as if they were in room. The walls are that thin. There was a family with small children who were constantly screaming starting at 6:30 in the morning, and the staff did nothing to get them to stop the noise. I could not get back to sleep. I had to tell the people myself to please keep their children quiet. There are signs around the courtyard saying not to make noise, but the staff does not enforce it. When they have children literally screaming and screeching in the courtyard with so many rooms facing it, they really should so something about it. If you stay at this hotel, bring ear plugs.

Great Accommodation, with Lazy Staff
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable it felt like a home. The air conditioning was good, the fridge was cold and well maintained, the floor was clean and there was a warm and hot water dispenser.

Cons:

The heater took 2-5 minutes to start, the staff wouldn’t pick up the phone call using the hotel phone. The staff were usually outside the receptionist seating area smoking cigarettes. The staff while helpful were not very engaging, welcoming, or friendly.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It made getting around the city very easy. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
