Très chouette séjour dans cet hôtel. Un peu décentré de la route ce qui n’est pas plus mal pour le bruit. À 5-10’ à pied du centre d’Ubud.
Personnel très accueillant et prévenant, ils m’ont aidé avec mes bagages.
La chambre était propre, confortable et avec des facilités (sèche cheveux, coffre, peignoirs).
La vue de la piscine au coucher du soleil est juste magnifique.
Je recommande vivement.
The pool was really nice with a beautiful view. The room was also very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The sheets when I arrived were very dirty and stained. The staff changed the fitted sheet when I asked for new sheets but didn’t change the pillow cases. I didn’t feel confident in the cleanliness of the duvet.
The bed has curtains around it which I tried not to touch as they were also very unclean. Also got in the way of watching the television.
The route to the hotel is difficult. They should make it clear that the hotel is not car accessible and the 2 routes to the hotel and not very clearly marked and involve an extremely steep climb. Difficult if you have a large suitcase.
Absolutely loved everything about this place!! Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, relaxing,close to everything but also distant enough to make peace and quiet in an excellent separate rice field area! Perfect place to enjoy the pool during Nyepi!
Everything was great
Nothing! Nothing! There were mouse in our room. And during the wholw night we could find nobody, literally nobody at the reception. We had to stay at the room during the night with MOUSE! Because at the night there were mosquites everwhere, so we had to choice our bad!

Meget dejligt sted. Eneste anke er lidt problemer med afløb og fugt i badeværelset. Adgang fra gaden er stejl med en høj trappe. I ville helt sikkert vælge stedet igen. Gå afstand til det centrale Ubud og service bitikker og Ridge Walk lige ved stedet.

It was one hell of a hike upstairs. And if you are carrying luggage it will be difficult even with a little help. The breakfast was not very good.

Een fijne accommodatie die in een rustige omgeving ligt, terwijl je toch binnen no time in Ubud centrum bent! Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en doen meer dan hun best voor je. We hebben ons verblijf uiteindelijk nog met 2 nachten verlengd!
Je moet een aantal trappen op voor je bin de accommodatie bent. Dat is niet erg maar bij aankomst in de regen met zware koffers/tassen was dit wel intens. Vooral omdat de trappen gewoon spekglad zijn. Hopelijk worden deze binnenkort schoongemaakt!

There was no mirror in the room only the bathroom. There were dressing gowns which was a lovely touch but were very very small. The fruit and tea for breakfast was fine but the pancakes and croissants were not very nice at all.

De stijle trap om de accommodatie te bereiken. Mijn vriendin heeft haar pols verstuikt door een val op die trap.
Levensgevaarlijk om met bagage de accommodatie te bereiken.
Niemand van het personeel komt hiermee helpen.
tijdens de hevige regenval begon het in de kamer te druppelen.
Tijdens ons 6 daags verblijf hebben we 1 dag warm water gehad voor de rest altijd koud water.
Warning to future guests:
We arrived at Mahadana Ubud with a valid Booking.com confirmation and proof of payment, yet were told by the hotel that they had no record of our booking.
Staff asked us to pay again if we wanted to stay, despite the booking already being paid in full. We contacted Booking.com immediately while at the property and they told us not to pay again, but the hotel still refused to honour the confirmed reservation.
As a result, we were unable to stay and were left without accommodation on arrival. No alternative solution or meaningful assistance was offered. Instead, the hotel had claimed that booking.com had advised the hotel that we were required to pay again - this was not true.
If you book this property through a third-party platform, be aware that your confirmed reservation may not be recognised on arrival. I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the hotel beforehand or choosing alternative accommodation.
It was a perfect location between rice fields and main road, quiet yet connected. Staff was so sweet. Room was beautiful and clean. The bed heavenly.
We had one day cold water - for me fine but for my partner a problem.
