Property is old and in poor condition. Nothing like the photos.
Very good location, but the bedsheet was old and the room is small.

The room was spacious, bed was comfy, the hot shower and AC worked just fine. The staff were very welcoming and warm. The common space and kitchen were nice and ready with free tea and coffee that you can get yourself 24 hours.
The location is perfect and the quiet and green neighborhood is a plus. So easy to find places to eat nearby. Very close to Oro Oro Dowo market, too.
The cleanliness and room maintenance need a work. Doors were quite hard to open and close, and the bathroom door made quite a noise when opened. The bedsheet could use some refreshment, too. Corners were a bit dusty, and the shower head should be cleaned.
