No elevator to go to second floor.
Breakfast are cold for several menu.
Scramble egg making is disappointed due our they gave to other people, although have had request it for the first queue.
Hot water was not maximum.
Old money style hotel yet able to catch up the recent updates
Bit far from the city center
The room is spacious. The terrace is large and has a beautiful view. We got a room in 1st floor, yet the room is wonderful. I bring a 2 years old toddler and it's really convenient since the staff put us near to the receptionist desk. Yet it's not noisy/bad at all. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

There is no friendly access for suitcase for 2nd floor
Staff was so friendly! We loved the dinner buffet - the food was really good, local cuisine which we really enjoyed. The rooms was spacious and clean. Had a big balcony as well with gorgeous views. We enjoyed the pool very much.
The changing facilities at the pool was not maintained and wasn’t cleaned either. It was very dirty and I couldn’t bring myself to using it.
It is an old hotel so generally the rooms are big, bed is comfy and great selection of breakfast. Parking space is spacious.
It seems the hotel is understaffed. Check in process took nearly 30 mins, the key card did not work several times and there was a problem with the door system due (low battery and had to be replaced). Bathroom can be cleaner (some moulds visible).
